BBQ in Tupperware... My kinda meal 😂 Today was harder than usual being around all the yummy food my fam made. And the rootbeer floats, oh boy! I stuck to my plan eating my chicken, green beans with some sugar free BBQ sauce and drank my water. Felt like I was eating the bbq pull pork and stuff 🙄. Chewing sugar free gum, didnt help it makes cravings worse for me and I want the whole pack. So before the night ends I have a confession and commitment! #tuplife#mealprep 🔹️
✔Confession: I have already said I sometimes eat an extra scoop of PB 🥜, Cashews, or avocado 🥑... Not off plan, but extra is still not 100%. During some of my cheat meals within one sitting, still one meal, I have had more than I should... Nothing crazy, but hey keepin it real lol. I am human and I dont deprive myself lol. But I have still been progressing because I work hard and stay consistent. Still extremely happy with progress and changes daily, so it's working. And fact of the matter everyone is different and everyone's body is different, period! ✔Commitment: Promised coach for a perfect 5 weeks with meal plan! 👆🏻Homemade turkey meatballs made with kosher ground turkey, chopped 1/2 onion, a few scoops of double roasted salsa, a generous spoonful of 100% Pure Raw Avocado Honey (from @bloomhoney), and a spice mix of Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, and red chili flakes - baked at 375° for 25 minutes. 👉🏻 Steamed organic sweet potatoes - seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and cinnamon. 👉🏻 Medley of brown rice, black barley, and daikon radish seeds - seasoned with Himalayan pink salt and cumin. 👉🏻 Organic rainbow carrot fries - drizzled with garlic oil and seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and rosemary - baked at 375° for 50 minutes. 👉🏻 Tuna salad made with albacore tuna, chopped red onion, fresh lime juice from half a lime, Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, turmeric, and organic hummus as a substitute for mayo. 👉🏻 Steamed organic broccoli.

Side note: For those that think cutting carbs out of their meals is the way to loose weight, not eating enough or going straight to a keto or other specialized diets without knowing the facts... Google doesn't know everything and this is what coaches are for that specialise in nutrition. They learn your body, provide a meal plan for you, change it as weeks progress, carb cycle, fat cycle, add and take out, give you more or less of soemthing, and I have a cheat meal weekly. It is called a "Reefeed" that is important to the process and my body needs. Our body needs healthy carbs, healthy fats, protein etc. to function. Nutrition is key and there is not quick fix or one size fits all for a long term lifestyle. This delicious omelette was so easy in our Microwave Breakfast Maker! I just put cut up bell peppers, mushrooms, and scrambled egg in the bottom container.
