🏋🏼‍♀️Séance de coaching à distance aujourd’hui? Non non. Mais alors pourquoi tu fais des squats?? Eh bien parce que je ne sais pas BIEN faire les squats 😉. Heureusement ma toppissime coach @fitmumfrance 💖 m’a envoyé des super vidéos personnalisées pour progresser, merci 😘😘. Alors aujourd’hui il n’y avait ni nombre de répétitions, ni chronomètre, ni 🔥🔥, ni 💦💦, un seul objectif: la Proprioception! Comprendre, refaire, puis ancrer une posture, c’est dur, c’est long, mais c’est tellement important!! Regardez- moi comment j’étais mal placée sur ma première vidéo 😱😰. Et pourtant je ne ressentais pas mon corps dans cette position du tout pendant l’exercice.
J’ai donc décidé de rajouter des gammes dans mon planning, hors séance, pour travailler tous mes exercices de base, jusqu’à ce que ça devienne automatique. Je répète encore et encore les conseils ultra ludiques de Caro, je filme, je regarde, je recorrige... et oui le renfo comme le reste, ça s’apprend 😉 je ne gagne pas de muscle mais je gagne mille fois plus, car quand on a conscience du placement de son corps dans l’espace, c’est bon pour le sport mais pas que 😉. D’ailleurs ce soir pour attraper un fruit dans le bas du frigo naturellement je suis descendue en vrai squat, mon dos m’a dit merci 😅.
Donc voilà ça fait des années que je pratique, des années que je me dis que je devrais faire plus attention à ma posture mais sans vraiment m’y consacrer, aujourd’hui c’est décidé je pars en guerre contre les mauvaises postures 👊🏻.
Faites attention car malheureusement c’est souvent longtemps après que l’on paye le prix fort 😰.
Sur ce il est plus que temps que je finalise mon race pack et que j’aille dodo car demain c’est enfin la grande course 😊.

Mam chwilkę w pracy, spieszę do Was z przepisem na moje dzisiejsze śniadanie! W sumie idealne też na podwieczorek 💕 
Składniki:
• jajko
• 2łyżki mąki ryżowej • pół serka wiejskiego
• śliwki • cynamon 
Ubić białka. Dodać żółtko, mąkę i serek wiejski - zblendować. Masę wlać do małej blaszki, na wierzchu ułożyć pokrojone śliwki, posypać cynamonem. Piec w piekarniku 20min w 200stopniach! 
Gotowe! 
Miałam bardzo słodkie śliwki, dlatego nie dodałam słodzidła, za to na koniec maznęłam masłem orzechowym 💕 #lovelove
