Now onto the workout.. it is a fun little forward facing lower body circuit... Adjust your angle to increase or decrease the difficulty.

30-45 seconds each exercise, each side.
15-30 seconds rest in between.
1️⃣In & out front squat jumps.
2️⃣Single leg front squat.
Keep your back leg off the ground when stepping back. This keeps constant tension on your working leg 🔥.
3️⃣Front squat pulse jumps. 3 pulses, 1 jump.
4️⃣Forward facing curtsy lunges.
5️⃣Sprinter to abduction.
➡️Rest & repeat.
