1️⃣In & out front squat jumps.
2️⃣Single leg front squat.
Keep your back leg off the ground when stepping back. This keeps constant tension on your working leg 🔥.
3️⃣Front squat pulse jumps. 3 pulses, 1 jump.
4️⃣Forward facing curtsy lunges.
5️⃣Sprinter to abduction.

This move took me a few days to get comfortable with, as it looks so (deceptively) basic. Thank you to @melaniebowie1 for the inspiration.

From fully lengthened TRX straps, get into a side plank with your elbow directly underneath your shoulder, your top arm reaching toward the sky, and your feet slightly apart in the straps. As you bring your knees into a crunch, bring you top arm down to hug your knees and then while in the crunch, rotate your body toward the ground, pause, and return to side plank position. Repeat. Make sure to keep your core engaged and don’t forget to breathe! •
