Hey guys! Coming at you with a #TRX ab workout that literally nobody asked for!! But I wanted so I did👏🏻the👏🏻damn👏🏻thing😎 So it’s no secret that the TRX is HARD because it introduces soOOoO much instability into the exercises, which will hit your whole core, not just the abaroosks. The TRX can be used to really wreck other parts of your body, but I only ever use it for abs on the few occasions I’ve whipped it out because I might actually dislocate something doing anything else🤷🏻♀️ The key to these is to focus like crazy on keeping your core steady and your back aligned. This is very difficult, especially once movement is added.
• Cardio is hardio of your choice, 20 minutes
• TRX mountain climbers- 3x30
• TRX pikes- 3x10 (hahah I’m so bad at these but they’re really rough🤷🏻♀️)
• TRX plank jacks- 3x20 (for the love of God make sure there are no creepy people behind you)
• TRX knee tucks- 3x20 (realllly tuck those knees and bring the lumbar part of your spine to get your butt under your knees as much as possible to crunch those abs) (this one is my own invention but I think it’s pretty effective so I liked it).

Anyways, I wanted to finish off with a non-planking ab exercise and this rotating one came to my mind. And then I decided to add a weight and voilà, it became my new top 3 favorite!
Try it and remember to reach a little in the center to get a good squeeze.
