in 1969, a gun battle broke out during a meeting of the Black Student Union in Campbell Hall on the campus of UCLA. There was disagreement among student union members — some affiliated with the Black Panthers & others with US Organization, a rival group — about the leadership of the nascent Afro American Studies Department. Two Black Panthers members, 23-year-old John Huggins & 26-year-old Alprentice “Bunchy” Carter, were allegedly making snide remarks about the head of US, Ron Karenga, when both were shot dead.
What none of them knew at the time was the FBI had all but orchestrated the event, which kicked off a year of retaliatory shootings that would claim the lives of two more Panthers.
In a 1968 memorandum to 14 field offices, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover had instructed recipients to “submit imaginative & hard-hitting counter-intelligence measures aimed at crippling the BPP” within a context of “gang warfare” & “attendant threats of murder & reprisal.” In the subsequent year, the agency sent forged letters, including insulting cartoons & death threats, to leaders of both movements, instigating the dispute that erupted on UCLA’s campus.
After 4 weeks of testimony and over 70 witnesses in a civil trial in Memphis, Tennessee, 12 jurors reached a swift unanimous verdict on December 8, 1999 on Dr. King
that a Memphis jury found the United States government guilty of conspiring to assassinate Dr. King on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel on April 4, 1968.
And so on & so on....maybe just maybe minorities would be waaaaayyyyyyyyy better off now....if our leaders & movements stopped mysteriously getting killed , its on us to change what they are trying to make us out to be, to become, via the #music#food#drugs#tv#etc ...... its all #connected ...... #🙈 #💯 #blackpower#black#african#minorities#people#grow#learn#research#history#society#insta#blackhistory#truth#malcomx#mlk#marcusgarvey#2pac#bobmarley
I've always been able to know things that others didn't, See things that others said werent there. I knew things little kids shouldnt know. When I became a young teen I began channeling messages and truly harnessed my clairvoyance and began helping others through pure love and integrity.
Now let me tell you, it was not an easy path. I did not have a normal childhood. I have been through much trauma and hurt and many times I wanted to give up. Many times I came close.
I believe this is why I can really relate to people's pains and traumas. I know what it's like to be scared, to feel all alone and abandoned. But, I've gotten back up I, survived and I have made it my mission to help others.
I choose to paint with bright and vibrant colors because it's a beautiful way to share energy. I infuse these paintings with the energy that your guides deem important. Whether it be energy for manifesting positivity or wealth. Or energy to heal or amplify love.
I just want you to know that you are loved you are valid and you are enough.
Let love infuse you.
I rarely get called out of my name, however some of you do. And when it happens you respond wrong. Do this instead with a calm demeanor and see what happens... just flip the script and stay cool and detached. They look for a rise and when you give it you fail. Better to indifferently share back with them what they serve you. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥🔥#beaman#realshit#menofgod#mgtow#truth#100

People want to figure out their passion but they want to be able to figure out their passion while sitting down at a computer chair. They want that fulfillment of a passionate life, yet they aren’t willing to embrace the unknown or forfeit any sort of security. But in order to discover those passions, you have to embrace the unknown. You only discover your passions through MOVEMENT…through ACTION. By FAILING FORWARD.
***** If you want to discover your passions and a live a life where you get to live out these passions and dreams, then you must go on a journey of self-discovery. You have to allow yourself the freedom to venture off the path a little bit, get your toes wet with new ideas and possibilities. You have to give yourself space and time to let this path of self-discovery unfold in divine timing, to where the Universe will reveal its divine assignment to you. But too often people aren’t patient, they need tangible results immediately, so they safely go and grab the low-hanging fruit of life.
***** Some of the work I plan on doing is working with young men and women to help guide them through this process of self-discovery. To help them shift to a mindset of infinite possibilities. Because it’s usually our limiting paradigms that were ingrained in our heads by our parents, family systems, society at large, our socioeconomic class and our peer influences that tell us how we should be living, rather than learning to live for ourselves.
***** When you learn to live for yourself and create your own paradigm of possibility. When you come into contact with your gifts and manifest them into the world in a soulful spiritual capacity, you come into contact with your inner greatness. You realize how much untapped joy and potential there is inside of you. You realize there is a GOD FORCE inside of you. We all have it. It’s there for those who are willing to embrace the unknown to find it.
