Over the years, we have observed a shift from deep-rooted pride in the quality and durability of goods, to business approaches established on planned obsolescence, cut-rate materials, and rapid disposability. Much has been sacrificed in the name of fast-paced production and profits; too much in my opinion. In response, Mack Provisions is committed to taking a fundamentally different approach by returning to the roots of American craftsmanship. By using only durable and repairable goods and production methods, I join with those giving new life to old school values!

How fabulous are these beauties in their #prizesforarla vintage? 🥰 As always, it was a super fun weekend at @phoeniciaflea ❤️. Just wish I had gotten more photos! Thanks, everyone, for a wonderful time!! 😘😘😘 P.S. Check out @kathelmartinez in her OTHER rad Mongolian lamb coat, from an earlier Phoenicia Flea, in my stories. Thank you for your support, love!!! 😘❤️😍
I learned something new from @staceyfaydesigns this week — in the Victorian era, a rose represented a “badge of courage, strength, and resilience for a mother who had lost a child. The blooming rose symbolizes the mother’s strength, resilience and beauty.” 🥀 swipe left for peek at other heart locket arrivals, from Victorian to Deco to Mid-century, and teeniest heart I’ve seen. 💗
Turns out taking that all-important #zelfie is trickier when you're 3 cocktails in - who'd have thunk it, eh? 🍸🍹🥃
I know a lot of you are already familiar with it, but I do recommend visiting Zedels if you haven't already. It is my favourite place to eat in Central London - the food is delicious and reasonably priced (bargainous even, considering the location) and it really is drop dead deco gorgeous - the attention to detail, from the bathroom tiles to the shell-shaped footlights on the stage, never fails to delight me (and impress any friends I've bought with me). I'm always on the look out for new places to eat on though - what are your favourite restaurants (London or otherwise)?
Just listen to that *swoosh*! Brought to you by a lovely 1940’s evening gown slip ✨
I finally made time to go on some photoshoots this weekend with some new clothing and just to have some fun! I also finally got around to documenting some pieces for the shop, and I’m hoping to get around to listing them within the next few days! I hope you all had a good weekend, and wish you an excellent week!
Slow-mo captured by @_little__wanderer_ of @xaveriaphoto ✨
When you've found the perfect buttery soft leather jacket but it was previously worn by the shortest arms ever 😯 thankfully they left me a pretty big seam allowance to let out. Going to have to add some lining back in though! I'm also working on tailoring a beautiful olive green and black lace 50s dress I picked up for a bargain at @vintagegaragepreston over the weekend - progress and after shots to come #deadthreadrevivalpersonalcollection
if I start singing "blue christmas" into this mic, do you think elvis will appear? 🎙 I had such a nice time at the "it's a wonderful life" live radio show at @milesquaretheatre on friday night. it truly felt like I was transported back to the 1940's. if you're local, definitely check it out, it runs until december 23rd🎄
Mostly no makeup & paint stained lately but here's a cute #selfie from a few weeks ago before the @evanandzane show. I 💚 this dress I found at @newbohemiavintage when they were still on South Congress
DM to purchase ~ The most perfect late 30s/early 40s navy blue rayon crepe dress with amazing peaked shoulders. The detailing on this dress is phenomenal. Has three red decorative buttons on bodice, side buttons closures, belts in back, and has crescent shaped shoulder pads. Slight wear to fabric on buckle from use. Other than that she’s near perfect. $158 + shipping. Split payment layaway avail after 4 hours. ❤️
Waist: 28”-30”, due to the fact that dress belts in back
This wonderful soutache and rhinestone trimmed dress is now live on our website. It could possibly be a Claudia Young with the label removed. Nevertheless, regardless of her made her she is an absolute stunner. 🖤
This black and gold velvet clutch is gorgeous on its own (obviously 😍) but it also comes in its original box with a military note of purchase in it- so cool! Now available in my Etsy shop, link in bio.
