My sister and I started the 21 day Slim Down challenge @ Anytime Fitness. I wasn’t sure about starting the program because i was already working out at home. I thought that it would be to much work on my body. Doing the program with my sister gave me the motivation to sign up and work out.
I was concerned about my knee. This is the first workout program that i had committed to since i started going to the orthopedic doctor and physical therapy. I put on my knee brace and modified some of the moves when i needed to.
After work, i went to the gym and got my measurements and weight completed. I didn’t plan on working out but I DID!!! Sadly, yesterday was the last day of the program.
Happily, yesterday was also the first day of my new program. As many of you know, i am not a morning workout person. I love to sleep. I was up at 5 am to get my first day of the workout done.
