It is with great sadness that we will be saying Goodbye to Andrew on 26th June 2018.
Due to family circumstances Andrew is having to head back to Sydney.
Andrew has been with us for well over a year and will be sadly missed. His enthusiasm and dedication to the job have been admirable.
Everyone who has been treated by Andrew has commented on how good he is, how he always has a smile on his face and is warm and welcoming and ready to help.
His skills as a podiatrist are exemplary and his new employer in Sydney will be lucky to have him.
Currently we are interviewing a number of new podiatrists to ensure we can find the right replacement to join our team.
Finding a practitioner who has the right attitude to learning and practicing new techniques is always a challenge so we are working hard to find the right person.
We will also continue to look after your routine podiatry care.
Unfortunately due to these changes we will be closed on Wednesdays through July.
We have already started to move people’s schedules who are booked in on Wednesdays, so please bear with us during this transition.
We hope this doesn’t affect anyone too greatly.
If you have any questions about our temporary new hours please let us know.
On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays Matt will be doing all reviews and adjustment appointments.
We have some very exciting specials coming up so keep an eye on your emails, texts and Facebook to make sure you do not miss out.

Taper 🏊♂️ ✅. Another NYC moment: Dinner and bike on subway. Hopefully it will be many weeks before another subway dinner. The bike needed minor adjustments by bike technician as I had an accident at the bike shop 2 weeks ago when they forgot to secure my bike on the trainer and I fell over 🤦🏻♂️. Luckily I sustained no injuries 😲. 3 days until ironman. #noinjuries#subwaydinner
I cannot avoid this bag forever. I’ve barely touched it since getting back from Boulder. It’s easier to be mad when you choose to avoid it. Distraction is gone and it’s not so easy to turn away from when it’s right there. The sad I’ve been doing a great job of avoiding is coming. If I’m really honest, I’ve been waiting for it. Out loud I can say I’m ok and I’m feeling ok about my DNF. It’s not a total lie, I’ve been ok. However, if I’m really going to move forward and be ok with it I’ve got to deal with all the emotions and feelings. There is more perspective right now than a week ago which helps but it doesn’t make it easier. I have coffee with my coach tomorrow which I need. I haven’t seen him since before my race. It’s time for us to sit down, debrief, look at it all, and plan for what’s next. Perhaps the tears I have been holding back will finally come and that’s ok. It’s all part of the process. #ironman#ironmantraining#ironmantri#triathlete#triathlon#trilife#swimbikerun#swim#bike#cycling#run#runhappy#runnergirl#runner#running#womensrunningcommunity#challengeme#kfloscomeback#beyou#mostexpensivebackpackiown
Grown up as an active kid playing all varieties of sports, but nothing professional. Warm-up, stretching was never my thing. I am not sure when I was a kid my body was flexible enough or not, but when I decided to do an Ironman, I struggled a lot with flexibility issues maybe is because I never worked on stretching, my muscles and body became as stiff as a stick.
There are so many reasons why I love my workplace, and Yoga is one among them. Yes, my company provides staff free Yoga classes, and I have been practising Yoga since Jan 2016. From then I have a significant improvement in my body regarding flexibility, performance, understanding my own body and mind.
3 hours of packing + 1 hour on the trainer = dinner at 9:30 p.m. 🙉 Ironman training isn't always pretty/ideal and ya can't pause it when the timing is inconvenient. One quote that gets me through these crazy days/weeks/months is: "Be relentless in pursuit of what sets your soul on fire". Everything else will fall into place.
