I haven’t used these tires in almost 3 years.. can’t wait to drive the Summit with them. When I went to drive it a few minutes ago, I accelerated hard in second gear and the esc cut off. Now it won’t turn back on. It had been powered on for less than a minute and generated no heat and I didn’t hear a capacitor pop, so I’m not sure what has happened. The ESC may be dead; I’ll have to wait til tomorrow at least to test it again so maybe it can rest and get working again. #traxxas#summit#ae#teamassociated#mgt#dewalt#dewalttough#smclipo#protekrc
When you are driving through the woods and run across a serial killers humble abode.. got some nice trailing in. Quite a few videos.
People ask why you have more than one. The results of 4th of July and the kids and niece and nephews having fun. -other trx4 is tore down, melted spur, broken track bar mount, diff and trans maintenance -Scx10ii is glitching, got pull the electronics and see what's up, it's due for trans and diff maintenance -bomber is getting its break in check up. One leaky shock and blown out steering rod ends.. thanks @axialracing for those upgradied kit steering parts lol -both mini gelandes lost shock springs when the kids were getting crazy at the beach 🤷♂️
-both 24th barrages are waiting on motors -crawler king is waiting on a new spur. -slash is done with a slow rebuild and needs electronics installed
I cannot agree with this more @miponline ! I wouldn’t have any knowledge or have near as much fun as I do without the help of @hobbyactionrc and @hobbyactionrcraceway ! Learn all about this growing sport the best way by by supporting your local hobby shop! #ISupportMyHobbyShop#MIPonline
The new suspension is in!.... I bought traxxas summit shocks and springs from Ebay brand new for $20 CAD. They came assembled and loaded with heavy shock oil already. I swear it's like they belong to the slash platform. There's even a cutout in the back of the chassis to clear the springs. Hopefully this setup keeps the Down force from dragging the chassis on the floor lol. I also had to support the front of the body cuz after about 50mph the wind would push down the front lip causing it to drag on the floor. The weather is shitty today but hopefully I'll be able to test it out later this week
