We have a little trick we like to use when we arrive in a brand new destination that helps us experience things in a whole new way.🤗
💥This is how it works: When you arrive someplace new and you’re seeing it for the first time, take a minute to take everything in. Let that amazing feeling of freedom and wonder wash over you as you scan the (insert badass thing here- i.e. mountain, waterfall, canyon, etc..) in front of you. Imprint that image into your memory. Don’t miss any little details! You got it? Good. Now, close your eyes! 😌
Take a deep breath and let your other senses take hold. 👂🏼What do you hear?👃🏼What do you smell?🌬Is the wind blowing? 👅Can you taste the air? When you’ve fully immersed yourself in your environment, open your eyes and let the beautiful awesomeness before you take hold once more. 👀🤯
One reason we love doing this when we travel is because it helps us to focus on being in the moment and to truly remember what it was like experiencing each unique place. When we open our eyes it’s like we are seeing something for the first time all over again.🤩 It’s a slippery slope when we constantly have the camera out capturing everything for us, so we came up with this fun little exercise that has been incredibly effective for us! 👍🏽👍🏻
How did this work out for you? Do you have fun little ways you like to experience new destinations? Let us know! 🙂
Bolivia 🇧🇴 Boliwia
🇬🇧 Another two gifts we were asked to buy were bottle of 85% alcohol and dynamite. Yes! Dynamite. You literally go in Potosi to the shop and ask for dynamite and the guy will make sure that you buy also all necessary equipment to be able to blow it up. Apparently they used the guides used to take the groups in the desert so you can blow it up for fun, but there was so many accidents that they had to stop it.
🇵🇱 Następne dwa prezenty, które mieliśmy kupić dla górników były 85% alkohol i dynamit. Tak! Dynamit. Możesz dosłownie wejść w Potosi do sklepu i poprosić o laskę dynamitu i sprzedawca się upewni żebyś kupił wszystkie dodatki pozwalające go wysadzić. Podobno poprzednio przewodnicy zabrali grupy na pustynię, żeby sobie wysadzać dynamit dla zabawy, ale po wielu wypadkach praktyka ta została powstrzymana.
Gardens by the Bay is a huge, colourful, futuristic park in the bay area of Singapore. 🇸🇬
The famous Supertree structures offer an impressive skywalk over the gardens, over-sized seashell-shaped greenhouses recreate chilly mountain climates and there are hundreds of trees and plants to discover ✨📸🌿🍃🌴🌲🌺
⭐️Positano, Amalfi, Italy⭐️
ℹ️ Since most of my followers are from Bella Italia, this is something specially for them - sunset over Positano on the Amalfi coast. Positano started as a fishing village but later became famous for its writers and artists. The town has been built practically vertically into the face of the mountain

Tips for visiting:
✅ This photo is from December and while the weather happened to be exceptionally good - there were nearly no people - especially the beach was empty! In summer on the contrary it is totally packed.
✅ You NEED to see the sunset while visiting. Don’t miss it!
✅ Take a boat linking this town with other places on the Amalfi coast - one of my favourite parts of Italy!
