I can leave Melbourne happy now that I’ve had this 🌱 🥚! This is the most guilt free egg I’ve ever had, that’s for dang sure. The texture and taste of this egg were perfection. Did you know that even if you think you are having “happy eggs” you are still supporting the meat industry? All the male chickies that are hatched and not needed (as they can’t produce eggs like chickens) are turned into meat like “chicken” nuggets 😥. Not happy at all! “Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances of survival on earth as much as an evolution to a plant based diet.”
Last night we ventured to Pollensa in search of a vegan-friendly restaurant. I wasn't expecting much, especially after the first waiter we spoke to called me 'loco' and said that I 'need to see a doctor' 😂
Undeterred, we continued our quest and found the absolutely amazing @fogoneurestaurant. The waiter, Luciano, was so welcoming and knowledgeable about which dishes were vegan or could be veganised. There was a live band playing Cuban jazz, the service was faultless and the food was delicious.
This is the gin-based 'White Lady' cocktail and it was 👌
A wise man once said: “Growing old is mandatory but growing up is optional.” Having spent the last few days at @disneylandparis I could not agree more! 😍🏰🐭 The atmosphere, the characters, the rides and the magic...I’ve had the BEST time!

I met two verz kind girls and we even spent the rest of the day together. That was so nice! At first we went to a café/ bar kind of thing and had some tea and beer (not me :P)and after some food shopping we even cooked dinner together. Was such a nice day! •
Even though I don’t want to stay in Sydney for long, I really enjoy the city and want to explore every single part of it! There is so much to see and so many things to do... I guess until I find a car, this is going to be a great time! 😇

Today was a very busy day. As I felt so lonely this morning, I just got along so well while I was walking at the beach and felt so happy and comfortable. So finally arrived.
And just then I met two girls and spent the rest of the day with them. So sometimes you just have to be patient and give yourself some time. And then, when you are feeling comfortable and self confident, that’s when you finally get what you need. I have already experienced that in so many different situations. So don’t worry too much about things like that. There will always be good things coming. 🌊

My favorite meal, which I ate every day before leaving to Tenerife. I fell in love with seaweed so much I even took 4 packs of it with me on my travels. They're so light and doesn't take much space in my luggage so it's convenient to travel with. Not to mention it's health benefits.
I already posted one seaweed salad recipe on my blog. This time I am taking it to the next level and adding a sauce recipe.

Situated in a formal nun dining hall is an amazing pay as you feel, plant based restaurant. Run by volunteers and donations, Lentil as Anything is an integral part of this community that hosts around 1000 people a day! I am so happy I got to visit this amazing place and experience the tasty vegan food. Thank you for all that you do @lentil.as.anything 🙏🏼 I can only hope that the rest of the world (Vancouver, hint hint) catches on to what you are doing!
Oh the veggie sushi... 🍱 Seaweed inari, avo/kappa hand roll and vegetable tempura nigiri. These are the easiest rolls to make yet I can’t find anything like them at home! And if I could... they definitely wouldn’t total at $6.20. What’s up with that Vancouver?
