If you have been reading my latest flying experiences with Maya (almost 16 months now) you will know I have been struggling! After a very traumatic experience travelling to Mexico, going to Zurich was a bliss. Still not easy but manageable Maya slept on the way there and only slept half an hour on the way back, then she was strangily scared of being in the plane so she was tearful and very clingy. I stood at the back of the plane singing to her and trying to comfort her. I confess I breast fed both ways to help her go to sleep. Flying solo in a fully booked plane is an overwhelming experience, such a small personal space. This coming week will stop breastfeeding all together. At the moment is only before going to bed... I have mixed emotions but she is big now and doesn't really need it. I am doing for me to recover some freedom and help her be less dependent of me. Once we achieve this I will book a solo weekend away to remember old times. I will then tell you how it's traveling with a toddler when you have nothing else to comfort her as she doesn't use a dummy or wants bottles! 🤞👼✈️🌏
This little girl with tiny fingers and toes is celebrating her 19 months of existence! But neither her age nor her size defines who she is and what she's capable of! We never look at her as "alagain" but as a person, because she is! And she deserves the right for everything, that includes the right to cry. She is a happy child, responsible and independent! Traveling with her is so much easier than we expected, she only feels bad when she can't wash her plates in the restos. 😅😅😅 Congratulations on your 19-month journey in this big big world, you seem not having a hard time! 😍😍😍 #LocalStay#9DaysInBohol#TravellingToddler#19MonthsOld
Camels 🐪, Camels 🐫, and more Camels everywhere😉. Amazing time driving around Dubai Desert and bumping into the camels.
Wasn’t too sure how Shekinah would react to them but she just kept on saying “Mum Camels + Bumps”. 😂🐫 #camels#travellingtoddler#dubaidesert#visitdubai_af
