Remembering that we are WHOLE 💓 this was the theme we carried during our #yogaembodied women’s retreat.
It was an intense, beautiful and courageous weekend. Wow, I’m amazed by your openness and kindness. Thank YOU for showing up every step with open mind and heart. Needless to say, I’m blown away and grateful that we met and shared ❤️
Beautiful Mala bracelet from @samastah as our remembrance gift 💝
A Letter from my 23-year-old Self
Each year on my birthday, I write a letter to my future self. I look back on all that I’ve experienced in that last year — good OR bad. I reflect. And then, I set goals for my year ahead. It’s like my New Years Resolutions 2.0.
Happy birthday to self🦅
Do you work out when you travel?
It might prove to be quite challenging, especially after 15-16km of walking (10mi) a day.
In Bratislava, where I sauntered two weeks ago, I was lucky to find bars in the park by the Danube River.
And I immediately hopped on them, doing some muscle-ups.
Do you keep exercising while travelling? Or the long wandering around the city is enough for you?
The taste of #inspireyogaretreat is now LIVE! (This is just a shortclip of it)
@1yogadam and I are so excited to create the magical experience once again.
We are heading to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Osa Peninsula this year. Reserve your spot ❤️ we will bend and meditate, but also we will dance, surf, swim... jungle walk 💓

Do you use "by the way", "to say the least", and a million times "that"?
Most of the time, these words and expressions make your writing unpleasant, and even hard, to read.
Here's a tip - before you hit "Publish", go through your article, and read it out loud. If your tongue 👅 stumbles somewhere, consider rewriting the text.
And please don't use "yum" or "tasty" for something that was so delectable your palate cheerfully celebrated the feast in regal silence. Like this garlic soup...
While walking going home, I passed by in this store, decided to visit and buy some "apply pie". This used to be my workplace and can't help but feel nostalgic about my experience and some people that became close to me. It has lots of changes already with several new managers and service crew.
I admire and respect people working in quick service restaurants, you don't know how pressure and stressful their job is, yet fulfilling most especially when they reach their monthly sales target and if there are delighted customers dining their store. With much being said, it is also good to go back to where you came from and reminisce some good old memories.
Are you a travel blogger?
Do you have anybody to look at your articles before you post them?
Someone who'll go over your vocabulary, layout, and structure, and tell you what's missing/could be improved?
It's essential that you not only have great photos but also a unique brand voice, catchy headlines and subheads, and an easy-to-follow yet gripping story.
Most blog posts I read are mediocre, at best. Don't be like them.
If you're looking for an extra eye for your articles, get in touch with me.
I've been in the industry for quite a while, and many of my posts are on top positions in Google. I know my craft very well, and I am confident I can help you.
Let's slay the beast of mediocrity together!
