My favorite travel moment is pausing my every thought. Pausing to take in the character of the place. Pausing to feel collective experiences and journeys of thousands before me. Pausing to revere nature and her creations; pausing to honor man and his inventions. —Ketki S.

There is an amazing thing that happens when we take time to notice the things happening around us. During my travels to India I caught a glimpse of this young girl sitting at the entrance of a temple in the Indian section of Katmandu. She was having her morning repast of bread and soup while watching the world go by.
What do you notice that you haven't before when you are present? Do you see family and friends that you can cheer and help? Do you see beauty in that you haven't recognized before?
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney, go for a day trip to the Blue Mountains! It has tons of hiking trails with varying difficulty and is packed with beautiful views like this amazing waterfall ⛰😍
