Coming back from a work trip always throws my schedule way off. My sleep, my work outs, & my eating are all over the place 😫 So, it's super important for me to get back on schedule as soon as the new week starts after my trip. Staying on track in my fitness journey has been all about consistency. So, I give myself a little break while I travel (I get a work out in sometimes) & make sure I get right back on schedule when I get back 👌 How do you stay on track?
Working my way back into trapeze. Finally getting to spend some time with Miss Ruby. So happy I squeezed in a quick 30 minute session in my 10 hour day of teaching and running around like a crazy person.

I don't have a lot of time, and only get to train on canes once a week for a short amount of time, so I usually hop up and make up some quick flow as I go! .
Anyone know where I can buy some canes of my own? I'd love to be able to flow more often on them and learn new tricks!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
