Coming back from a work trip always throws my schedule way off. My sleep, my work outs, & my eating are all over the place 😫 So, it's super important for me to get back on schedule as soon as the new week starts after my trip. Staying on track in my fitness journey has been all about consistency. So, I give myself a little break while I travel (I get a work out in sometimes) & make sure I get right back on schedule when I get back 👌 How do you stay on track?
Two of my favorite things about being a blogger happened today. I got to work with an amazing local brand that I really love & I got to meet sweet girls who are also bloggers 🙌 I love that the blogging community brings people together. There's room for everyone! Flow Fitness held an amazing event for us today & all of the people there are so sweet! They have such a positive environment that's all about lifting each other up & empowering women 💪It was such a fun day! #inFLOWencer
