"To appreciate, we must first know" | I realised I never really talked about my body transformation growing up. People tend to assume that I scored lucky in genetics and didn't need to put in the effort. That being said, I'll be dropping a video [TOMORROW, 12PM, IGTV] about said "genetics".
To those who think I was kidding when I said I lost over 20lbs from my wisdom teeth. I cant lie it felt good to have abs for a few weeks but I miss my thickness my full body fits in the middle picture lol. I'm getting it back but man this is deep #Transformation#Rebuild

Consistency is key! Not a single workout of any kind cause as you can see this pic on the left is a week post op appendectomy!
I left the hospital feeling super disgusted, bloated, tired, and feeling sorry for myself haha. I just started to do powerlifting the week before and loved it. Then I get knocked down! I was discouraged for sure.
I knew I didn't want to keep feeling that way. So I chose to be consistent as I am never that way haha. I took control of my diet. Did i have popcorn, chocolate, chips and Macdonald's ??? Yes but only once haha and not every dam day! I left the hospital 169.8!
Today I weigh 157.8 (12 pounds gone)
I wake up everyday with energy and have it all damn day. It takes a bit to adjust but this is finally stuck and I'm super strong this time.
Workouts are about to happen soon as I need to tone. Those stretch marks they are the most powerful part on my body. I used to be Ashamed of them. Haha wow pretty sad eh. I am a momma and was pregnant for 2 years straight. They are my tiger strips baby. #Proud

Chyba każdy z nas posiada w dzisiejszym fitświecie taką osobę, która jednym słowem zmotywuje do zrobienia treningu i zmiany podejścia do życia. Jeszcze pół roku temu byłam jednym wielkim chodzącym kompleksem z krytycznym nastawieniem do siebie. Cały czas mówiłam, że nic mi się nie uda, a tu proszę jeden trening pare słów które głęboko wzięłam sobie do serca i stałam się zupełnie innym człowiekiem. Na 100% odzyskałam pewność siebie i nie boję się już wyrazić swojego zdania. Pokazałam że mogę osiągnąć naprawdę dużo schudłam grubo ponad 20kg💪🏼😁 Pamiętam jak dzisiaj trening nóg który zrobiłam z gorączką😅 @qczaj tak jak ja Ciebie wtedy zwyzywałam to hoho😂😂 ale potem uśmiechałam się ze szczęścia i w duchu Ci mega dziękowałam, moje zasiedziane nogi również. Jeszcze raz chciałabym Ci mega podziękować między innymi za to, że swoim sposobem bycia przekonujesz takie uparte babki jak ja do działania! Zawsze chciałam Ciebie spotkać i powiedzieć Ci to w twarz i nareszcie się udało mimo że w tamtej chwili powinnam czekać na pociąg. Uściskałam, wycałowałam, naprzytulałam i bardzo mocno ze łzami w oczach podziękowałam. Rób dalej to co robisz bo wychodzi Ci to idealnie DZIĘKUJĘ💖😁
