Coming up to holiday time always reminds me of Broome... I love how relaxed it makes me feel to be there. I often bring the feeling of being there on the beach in the warmth into my meditation to help me feel calm and relaxed. Next time you meditate try visualising your favourite relaxing place, bringing in as much detail as possible to help you feel calm and relaxed.

Having trouble relaxing or sleeping?  Feeling anxious?  Fear of flying? 
This could help you... I like to use Alternate Nostril Breathing to calm myself and bring my heart rate and blood pressure down.  I've just done a quick video to show you how.... Tip: Try and keep your inhales and exhales of even length.

So here are three good reasons for practising this pranayama:
