Prior to my decision to compete, I wanted to build muscle. I cut out all cardio, everything slow and steady paced, I counted macros and ate a shit ton of carbs (including all the donuts 😩) after I started cutting down, I started to notice all the work I was putting in. Before I prepped for this competition, I knew in my mind that I would lose all that I had gained, which was also hard for me to do. But I did it anyway, I knew that everything else that I would gain from this experience would supersede everything else. And boy was I right (aside from them titties)
I use to train hard but now I train hard AF! To say that you have to learn how to be patient during this process is an understatement. Once you set a goal, make sure you go in, go hard and fuck it up 🏋🏾♀️
9 months traveling in Asia and 16months in general are almost over
Is gonna be hard to adapt to a life without art in busses ,noise , tuck tuck , motorbike road trips , temples ,street food and colorful dresses...it will be hard but I’ll manage it

I wanted to post this #transformationtuesday because I wanted to show not all transformations are done with your body! My #tranformation is seen on my face here. The SMILE is what I’m talking about! HAPPINESS! With just a few weeks left until we display a dream we’ve had for a long time, I’ve been forced to think about how much my life has changed within this past year. There has been a lot of hurt and disappointment involved this year but it seems we are ending the year on a high note! With @drcoatofarms shaping up to be a huge success, I’m excited to continue to chase my dreams of becoming a better man in all I do! Better at being HUMAN BEING first and foremost but a better bodybuilder as well, a better businessman, a better son, a better brother, and a better friend! There’s a lot of moving parts in this part of my life, which I never expected! I expected to be settled, starting a family, becoming more established in my career and investments. That’s life though! i have shared with you all my weight loss journey but now i want to share my next level of results after loosing 22 lbs and 8 percent body fat i went up 4 lbs in lean muscle 👀👅 . the first pic was taken in april and this picture is from a couple of days ago the change in my legs and booty has been so real , no surgery would have came close to this . my legs are strong, firm and im building my glute muscles all at the same time , best feeling in the world what girl doesnt want to have a nice booty ? .

From 2014 to 2018! Insane what can change in just a few years. I used to be a party animal! Like drinking heavily 5 days a week finding any reason or holiday to celebrate and party. My nickname was Patrooonnn 😬 I never looked at a weight or cared for it because the military already made me run and do conditioning runs that I was like that’s good enough for me. But I ate absolutely horribly. The base shoppette was where I ate two out of three meals lol and my breakfast being those roller bites you buy from the gas station, Red Bull, and cigarettes. 💀 I never took my health into consideration till I left Japan and couldn’t hang anymore with drinking. Then I found the fitness life in 2016 and here I am! Much more mindful of what I eat and how to take care of myself! It’s not just for me to look good because that’s a huge plus of course but I love feeling good inside. When I ate junk foods I always felt tired and suffered from stomach problems. A change in my lifestyle was key! I got away from the party life and calmed down ALOT. Now I spend my time at school and the gym. A whole different outlook on my health, a healthier a mindset and goals got me to where I am today! .
Everyday you have a choice to make. You can throw in the towel when it get tough or you can use the towel to dry that sweat of your face and keep on going. .
As I continue my journey with a new program and some badass people in my online bootcamp. I can help but look at how far I have come by feeling and looking better than I have ever after having two 8 lbs babies. .
