Sfatiamo qualche mito: allenarsi con i sovraccarichi fa male “le pagherai tutte”. Allenarsi con i pesi in particolare i big lifts: strappo, slancio, stacco, squat, panca aiuta a prevenire problemi di osteoporosi, artrite e stimola il sistema nervoso centrale con conseguente incremento del tono muscolare. Come dice sempre @girelli11 conosco più impiegate con il mal di schiena che pesisti, anzi pesisti zero.

🏠 I hear this excuse all the time, “but starting a home gym is expensive!”
💰 In all reality, starting a home gym can actually be done rather cheaply. Just because I post crazy setups, doesn’t mean yours has to start that way.
🥃 Think about how much money you spend on other things? When you buy soda, you're spending money on things that are actually harming your body. Instead, you could spend that money on things that increase your health.
🍟 It all comes down to priorities. Are you prioritizing short-term satisfaction over reaching a long-term goal?
☮️ When I started my home gym, I built most of what I had and bought and resold equipment on Craigslist to pay the rest of the way.
💍 You can do it, you just have to make sacrifices of various luxuries.
🚀 No more excuses, if you want something bad enough...make it happen!
How do you improve your workouts in the gym?
✅ Good quality sleep
✅ Easy digesting pre workout meal
✅ High Calories the day before
✅ Caffeine or a pre workout
✅ Having a workout plan to follow
✅ Training with someone who pushes you
✅ Having a strong goal
These will all help improve your training sessions.
But the most important one is having a strong goal.
If your goal is not strong enough you won’t push yourself as hard.
Most people go to the gym to get a result, whether that’s to lose weight, build muscle or get fit.
But if you haven’t clearly defined your goal you’ll lose motivation and find yourself just going through the motions.
If you’re making the effort to spend 60-90 minutes in the gym then make sure you’re going there for a reason.
Every training session should be a step closer to reaching a goal.
