Conclusion: No, it’s not a Myth, however it should not be the only reasoning behind how you train or how you eat. It may be a good way for beginners to start experimenting. There’s no such thing as the ‘perfect’ diet or program.

The problem is that these categories were originally described in the early-1940s by Dr. William Sheldon, a psychologist, who was using them as a way of predicting personality traits based on one's general appearance. It had nothing at all to do with actual physical improvement.

This is the problem with people being so quick to slap one of these labels on themselves. It simply doesn't have any real world translation to how they should be training or eating.

If you solely rely on body-typing you will get no where unless you stop trying to use psychological terms to influence you physical preparation. Drop the labels and deal with yourself as an individual.

However, it can be a good place to start for beginners. The best way to find out what training method / diet works best for you is TRIAL AND ERROR.

Our dogs have to practice self control and patience while we are at a restaurant or seated somewhere for a long period of time. It can be a tough skill for a puppy to work on, so we make sure to exercise Drue a lot before we ask her to do something like that and keep training sessions short.  She only has so long of an attention span at this age, but with time she will get the hang of it. Until then, we do what we can to set her up for success and make sure training time is fun time!

Since it’s peak week things have been very calm, relaxed, and low key for me. Today’s consisted of last cardio session, some small errands and getting my show nails/toes done. Otherwise yeah all I’ve been doing this week is watching Disney classic movies on Netflix... tonight’s choice will be Mulan 😂 so just Incase you wanted to know how peak week really is goes.

But as far as my workouts this week they weren’t anything too crazy, just enough to get some good blood flow to the muscles like coach said. You definitely aren’t training to get sore or cause any lactic acid build up in the muscles. That’s a no no 🙅🏼‍♀️ So here’s the other half of the clip from my last good leg workout last week!

Ergebnis: jede Treppe ist mein Feind.

Wird ab jetzt  fix in den Trainingsplan aufgenommen, mit dem Ziel in 2 - 3 Monaten wieder den SSST (SecretServiceSnatchTest) mit der 20er KB zu schaffen. Nächstes Ziel: SSST mit der 24er KB.

SSST = 200 Snatches in 10min mit einer 24kg Kettlebell. Ich taste mich heran und machs erst mal mit einer 20kg Kettlebell.
