Hoy recibí de parte de Pablo el mejor regalo que un profe puede obtener... El reconocimiento de haber hecho un gran cambio en su cuerpo a través de rutinas y rutinas de entrenamiento, de decirle que esto es ir paso a paso, de darle confianza, de motivarlo a entrenar (al margen de que las ganas ya las tiene), de hacerle ver que los grandes progresos se construyen de pequeños pasos y constancia, hoy a 6 meses de entrenamiento Pablo pudo lograr subir 5 kgs de masa muscular a 1 mes de cumplir sus 41 años! La felicidad que él tiene y agradecerme por el trabajo que hize con él no tiene precio!! Charlie practiced his down stays around distractions this afternoon! While it is NEVER okay to greet a working service dog in public the way I do in this video, many people I encounter in the public still will. Therefore, I make sure that all of my dogs in training get practice ignoring these greetings and stay on task when they do happen!  Charlie was adopted from @slocountyanimalservices a week and a half ago and is already doing so well in his training!  Big thank you to the kind shelter volunteer that day that helped us evaluate and meet him in the pouring rain! 💜💜💜 She was a saint

Legday part ✌️- this is a circuit I did where I took no rest in between whatsoever! @ldfitvideo 
1) LEG PRESS: Keep your lower back fixed on the bench, and push with your heels more, keep your knees in neutral position or more open if you want to target the adductors. If possible, chose a leg press that's angled. 
2) KICK BACK PULEY: have your back in neutral position meaning not too arched, and kick your leg almost until your glutes hight not over extended. You can also turn outward the feet to work on the Tband and Medius muscle! 
3) UNILATERAL DEADLIFT: use the smith machine to impose a strict form. Keep the knee slightly bend (never locked or completely straight it can damage the knee cap and articulation really bad) you arms are straight not locked, let your body going down forwards. Squeeze the glutes to get back to the initial position. 
4) DEADLIFT: Pause 2-3sec at the bottom position ... 👉Squeezedemglutes! 🍑😏 Push thru your heel and keep arms straight and stable. I have a 25lbs plate only here but start with no weight and focus on finding balance and form first! Put your ego at the door and perform this with the other video from last week, 4 if not 5 times no rest AT ALL. Allow 12-15 reps, weight load is light to medium. It’s a good way to have an effective 45min workout! You’ll burn extreme calories and sweat like a pig 🐷
