Barefoot vs lifting shoes

I am more comfortable barefoot but for the first time i can say that ass to grass may be the reason why i am not progressing my 1RM. Hoping that lifting shoes will help better my form without fully converting to shoe life and fix up my technique.

I don't even know who brought it up @bisonking_11 @nickcurtis97 but i jumped on that train. Dealifts @90% of my previous 1RM till failure. 
Also i like my new shirt. Unicorns are majestic, deadlifts are majestic. Coincidence? I think not

I was curious of how i will perform since i haven't touched big numbers like this in a while. Obviously i did not do my full GVT workout today cause my beck ded. But straight back into it tomorrow.

Went up to 150 kg from 140 cause i felt it was time. I also still want to do a heavy compound lift in my GVT block so i chose Sumo DL as i find it won't interfer my other lift and help my glute work for lock outs later when i return to heavy block.

I felt more in control this week with DL compared to last week when i was just throwing reps. This week i took the tempo slower with my reps to really get the hurting. Straps on through the whole set.
