Double trouble today. I did a point to point run and lifted. The Mr and I did a 45 minute chest workout then he took the keys and  car while I ran the 6.75 miles from the gym to the house. It’s cool and overcast today so the 73 degrees felt like running in air conditioning even with the 83% humidity. Most of the run was into a 2-5 mph gusty headwind. 6.75 miles in 1:05:08 (9:38 pace). •

As I sit here waiting for it to be 4 hours away from my flight so I can check in my bags, I cant help but reflect on the incredible experience we just had the pleasure of having over the last few days, and my eyes wont stop welling up with tears. •

I think I cried more tears this weekend than I have in a long time. Extra happy tears. Tears of gratitude. Tears of purpose. Tears of pride. Tears for our team and the tribe of life givers I'm surrounded by. Tears for my family. Tears of belief. Tears of legacy and so many tears for the growth. Tears of excitement for a new spark being ignited. And tears of change. •

Just thinking about all the special memories, belly laughter and ALL the tears makes me feel excited to ask you to join me. I want you to do this WITH me. I want you to believe in yourself and feel empowered to take massive action starting one step at a time. •

I believe in you. I want to help you grow. I want to lead from the front and show you what's possible (growth tears and all)!! •

🙏🏻Morning sugar plums... What you eat pre-workout isn't the kind of detail which is going to make or break your overall results so don't get yourself in a fluff about it.

🎈But training intensity is important so it is worth thinking about and experimenting to find the perfect combination that leaves you raring to go.

🤗There is no right or wrong answer except it should make you feel good and be convenient for your life.

😍It's always about finding your personal mojo, some folks have great success training fasted others don't deal with it well and end up running out of steam half way through their workout.

💁🏼‍♀️ These meals are nothing magical and don't need to be restricted to the morning, they are however some my favourite breakfast options, which can be thrown together in 5-10 minutes.

☝️In the morning time is generally of the essence so up to you need to figure out if you should opt for larger or smaller meal, depends how long your commute to the gym is.

😎If you have a longer commute you might be better opting for the wrap or the proats.

🤔Shorter on time the other options would likely work better for you ❤

Mucha gente comete el error de intentar perder peso demasiado prisa, haciendo dietas milagro que te prometen perder 10 kilos en menos de 1 mes. Aparte de lo malas que son para la salud y del efecto rebote, estas dietas te podrían hacer perder masa muscular, ya que al no tener calorías suficientes, el cuerpo empezará a degradar las proteínas del músculo para obtener energía y poder sobrevivir.

Lo mejor es hacer una dieta de definición lenta, para perder aproximadamente medio kilo por semana.
