Finally back feeling better with altitude adjustment! How many days do you always need to adjust to the altitude ? For me it took me 7 days to adjust! What do u need to adjust quick in the altitude? Get back slowly and don’t rush. Springs marathon preparation!
Final set struggles! The days you feel like training the least, are the days the final reps matter the most✨
Through what is seen and unseen, always working towards building a strong mind, strong body, strong relationships and lasting lifestyle💪🏼
Just ya casual Thursday night activity. This year we FINALLY participated in the @aimn.oceania 5KM sunset waterfront run (or in our case - run and walk)
I now own a pair of aimn oceania tights - am I an Instagram influencer now?! (They're very comfortable)
Successful People Fail The Most
Everyone, at some level, wants to be successful. Whether it’s financially, spiritually or in the form of happiness. People are wired to want to be successful but most people don’t take the risks needed to be successful.
Why is that?
Fear of failure.
But the world’s most successful people in the world like Tony Robbins, Oprah Winfrey, and Steve Jobs all failed. Even Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team. But the difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is how they view failure.
Successful people understand that failure is the reason for their success. They didn’t think of failure as a bad thing but instead a way to learn and improve.

Front raises for traps..
—————————— There is a great difference between the front raises for traps and front delts. First of all we have to understand the composition of our traps and shoulders traps are actually mounted over the shoulders, so while performing front raises you would have to take the whole contractions in your traps without involving your front delts.
➡️ By not involving front delts I mean to say not to take contractions in your delt instead take it on your traps which will make you hold your weights right in front of you chest with full extended arms. It will be considered at level zero for contraction in traps. ➡️ But if you lowered your weights below your chest then you front delts will be activated. ——————————-
CONCLUSION:- start your reps from the level of your chest and end it right above your head🤘🏼
Shoulder and triceps day
Well training rear deltoids is not at all easy...sometimes when ever,I feel tightness in my shoulders, I just try to understand the whole composition on my shoulders.... here in this video you can see that, I did side raise prior to bent over raises for rear delt.that is because before getting involve to this exercise I felt a little strain in my side deltoids. I gave a little stretch to it, but I was not relieved that means I need contraction to fill up the space that was bothering me. So thats why I sat in upright position on a bench felt the strain and worked on it with side raises. Working smart reduces efforts but gives great results 💪🏼
