One of the great pleasures of trail running are to meet some people that know deeply a territory and share their past experiences during the workout. I would say thank you so much to “Danilo Palmieri, Sabatino Bonfrisco and Silvio Filpi” for the last amazing trail in the Cilento’s Area. I took away many memories and photos of this tour.

I'm inspired by those who have experienced transformation in their bodies, minds, and spirits from their own journey with running, those who have been able to run marathons who thought they never would. Ive recently been saddened and have actually felt disgusted with some posts that show and highlight women in their 'running clothes' with their entire butt cheeks exposed as the focus point..to get more follows or likes, and even "official" pages selling T-shirts that say things like, "I live for running and boobs." #womenwhorun#whentounfollow#womensempowerment#mainewoods#mainetrails#trailrunner
