18.192: Grok’s Story: Epilogue. 🧔🏽 Time for Grok to finish Grok’s Story by telling what happens after Grok regains his hunting mojo.
🧔🏽 One day, whilst hunting for wild cucumbers to make a new batch of Jurassic Pickles, Uncle Rex came upon an abandoned nest. In the nest was one intact egg. Rex listened closely and detected the sound of a faint heartbeat coming from side the egg. He knew there was still life in the egg. So, he waited 2 whole days for the parents to return. Rex decided since there were no parents, he would take the egg to where he knew it would be welcomed into a family. ◀️SWIPE◀️
🧔🏽 Rex asked Velma and Vinnie to adopt the egg, just like Velma's parents did him when he was still just an egg. Velma and Vinnie were so excited to accept the egg into their family.
🧔🏽 The boys, Huey, Dewey and Louis, spent the following weeks watching the egg and arguing about whose turn it was to touch the egg. Huey regularly asked if he could bite the egg to get it to open. Dewey suggested kicking it to get it to open. Louis remained unusually quiet, believing the other 2 would soon be in trouble, leaving Louie to have sole care of the egg.
🧔🏽 When Hatching Day arrived, Uncle Rex returned to visit. He was going to name the baby as soon as he saw it. The egg cracked and out stepped a beautiful baby girl. Rex immediately named her Lilly-T because he recognized her as a baby Tyrannosaur.
🧔🏽 Velma and Vinnie were so happy with their new arrival. Velma reminded Vinnie that Rex is a Tyrannosaur, too. And that he had grown up in her family of Velociraptors. Vinnie just smiled and said, “Cool!”
