🔥great session this morning. Although a only a small functional routine after a decent 10.1km warmup on the “dreadmill” once this months over I’ll be glad to never stare at a wall ever again... then into a few sets of each exercise. Pull ups on ball grips. Front squats on 55kgs for 5 reps each set. Regular pull ups, and then some push ups to burn out. Decent lighter session but a good one, and then once home from training. A relaxed 12km trail. Then finally to bed. Jack packed early rise of training. 🔥#toughmudder#toughertogether#TMAmbassador
