So today at lunch I decided to take a walk around the area that I work in which is in the Front and Bathurst area of downtown Toronto. Behind my work there is a park called Victoria Memorial Square Park. This park has a lot of different memorials on trees and benches, etc. This one made me sad and happy at the same time. Sad because the guy was so young when he passed away but happy because someone had put flowers on the bench and no one had removed them. I felt happy for the family of Tyler because he is still with those who love him and it must make them happy to have a safe place to remember him.
I had no idea who Tyler McLean was so I googled him when I got back to the office and found that he was a victim of gun violence in Toronto and was shot and killed in 2017.
My heart goes out to his family for their loss but I loved to see that there is still some humanity in this world and that people have walked by the bench and left the flowers that someone put there. That to me says a lot.

Courage is one of the hardest things to practice and for that this journey and much needed transformation service that @francine_virtuous has decided to embark on is revolutionary for women.... when I first met with Francine and she told me about her dream to provide a service to show women how beautiful they are I was like this Yassssss.... I have worked on dozens of branding shoots but this one in particular was special.... @badass.m.o.d.a.h and @cali_8407 were beyond amazing candidates whom were open to this 360 change and being extremely vulnerable ....the ladies got to learn from one of the best in her craft @facesbypureness who came through to teach the women how to accentuate their beauty through makeup so they are not reliant on just hair..... to hear the conversation that was sparked as we went through the day was a transformation in itself.... we were working on the physical but tapping into the soul.... I want to sincerely thank @francine_virtuous for birthing this amazing program for women that I too have now been a part of. Thank to @facesbypureness you are sooo special... and last but not least thank you to these brave women @badass.m.o.d.a.h @cali_8407 for saying yes to me for this production- you both impacted me in ways I can not express.... stay beautiful 💕 ladies if you are in a stage where you trying to figure out what style works for you or just simply in need of a transformation check out @francine_virtuous ..... #iamenough

exercises with 3sets of 15 or more each. I’ve been finishing up with this last exercise, see previous video”. 😆 i don’t really know the name of this exercise but that’s how we say in Portuguese “glúteos no cabo” or “gluteus on cable”, pardon my English ugly translation. 😫😂
I love this exercise bc I feel it works like magic, well it hurts right away! I been doing this exercise for about 4 years and trust me, if you want your booty to look lifted this exercise is the s***! 🙃
While performing the exercise, I try to focus on the muscles it’s a mind and physical work. .
I do not like heavy weights, I still love muscles but I don’t want to be big doesn’t match with my bone structure. .
I respect my limits and never try to lift more than I can, why? Because I’m always careful, I cannot afford to get injured. If you get injured ull have 2 stop for months so...let me train to maintain my gains. 😁💪🏽
Ps: before trying any of these exercise ask a fitness professional in your gym to help you.

Meu treino é dividido entre 4-5 exercícios, com 3x de 15reps ou mais, sempre ate a falha.
Eu sempre termino meu treino de glúteo com esse último exercício do vídeo anterior. .
Eu amo este exercício porque sinto meus músculos legal no dia seguinte! Eu venho fazendo esse exercício direto ha mais de 4 anos, é serio, se você quer ter um bumbum empinadinho ele ajuda e muito! .
Quando to fazendo tal exercício eu tento concentrar nos músculos, é um trabalho de força mental e forca física total. .
Eu não gosto de pegar muito peso, amo músculos, mas eu não quero ficar grande, não combina com a minha estrutura óssea, e fora que eu amo curvas e um prefiro manter um shape bem feminino. .
Eu respeito meus limites e nunca e nem tendo levantar mais do que a minha forca física permite, por quê? Porque treino com consciência e sempre tomando cuidado pra nao me lesionar. Se você se lesionar, vc vai ter que parar de treinar por meses e aí ja era seu "projeto vem verao" sarcasmo ☺️😂...
