A highlight from Bali was our Mount Batur sunrise trek while Mount Abang was active. 1,717 feet climb at 4:00am in complete darkness with nothing but a faint flashlight was a profound experience. Unfortunately, after this shot, the fog rolled over and you couldn’t see 5 feet in front of you. Made for an interesting climb down.
