A very special wine this. Suave Classico Superiore made from 100% late ripening Garganega. Ripe fruit plus time in the barrel (2012 is the latest release) makes this an opulent wine, rich, complex and utterly beguiling. Nose of confit orange, quince, barley sugar, mi cuit apricot; the palate is soft on the front palate then a ripe orange zest, mineral grip takes hold before a lengthy finish. With 10 grams residual sugar this would work well on its own, with hard salty cheese, or with a cherry tart. Only a small allocation so you need to be smart buying this. #GrapeUnknown
Still physically & emotionally wrecked from the total chaos last week, and should really clean the house & do a massive food shop, but I got nothing. NOTHING. 😐 I’m pretty sure dealing with the General Public will not go well. (Standing up & breathing feels too hard ATM). In good news, Abe’s raging temp has been gone for 48hrs+ and he is chatty this morning (back to aaaalll the talking) so he’s gone back to kindy today. If I had any energy, I’d totally be pumping my fist in the air about that, but gotta save that sort of thing for lifting my coffee mug up TBH.
So Imma head back to bed for a few hours ‘cos sweet, sweet, sleep has always been my tonic. Can you call it a hobby? I’m calling it a hobby. 😴😴 Goodnight/morning Insta fam. 😴😴 So-accurate-I-feel-it-in-my-soul Regram: @unicornmoms (those bad ass bitches get it).
You really want something sweet🍩but don’t want to feel guilty afterwards?😰I find it helps to suck on something sweet🍡to satisfy your sweet tooth👅For example, today I really wanted something chocolatey🍫but knew that I shouldn’t☹️so I brought some startbursts🍬(that are only 18 calories each🤭)and just having 1 or 2 really helped😍don’t feel guilty about having something sweet once in a while🍰but if you are reeaallyy tempted😏just buy a pack of sweets or mints (preferably chewy so they last longer)🕜and just have a couple2️⃣and you will forget that you wanted anything💭and will satisfy that sweet tooth😋
I've got stacks of letters and titles to cut to eventually go onto my new display boards. Once cut they'll then be laminated. I wanted to share a little tip that never occurred to me until someone kindly told me one day in the repro room on placement... add a tiny bit of pritt stick to your work before putting through the laminator and it keeps then from curling up and moving around!! #nqt#ukteachersofig#toptip
TOP TIP: Did you know the smaller you cut your herbs and spices the more potent they are. In flavour and benefits. This goes for the ginger in your lemon water (pictured) and also in cooking. The smaller you cut that garlic, the more garlicky the food will taste. Normally I put a whole slice of ginger in my water but today as the seasonal lurgee hits, I’m stepping it up and unleashing it’s anti-inflammatory and immune boosting properties by slicing it into small pieces for my hot lemon water. Sneezing fits + paracetamol. Please come back mr.☀️ we still have so much fun to be had. .
#TopTip From a group I went to before I went away. Chop salad small and then you need so much less mayo. Also tastes really good as you get a bit of everything. Only 2tbsp of Hellman's lighter than light mayo in this (1syn) and it was delicious
This is one of the most common stretches there is for the quads and one that most people don’t do correctly. I demonstrated this in our G4 on Thursday, the key point is to get knees close together and pelvis neutral. #toptip however, I would recommend holding 10-15 secs. You can advance this stretch further but always get the basic form right before progressing. #lirf#cirf#runningcoach#englandathletics#runtogether#stretch#quads#muscle Thanks to @womenshealthuk for the photo content, great account to follow.
Holiday night time routine consists of just night cream and Esteem Lash Serum. Tip: using good skincare at night is super important as your face repairs itself most overnight. #toptip#night#routine#skincare

Top health tip for going out dancing....💓💓💓 I would love to have my hearing intact for as long as possible.

A top tip for Tassimo owners. Some of you may already do this. And yes you could probably buy one that does this but...I like to save money where I can! Our electric kettle broke ages ago too and since we did this #hack we haven't really missed it. ☕
Use your cleaning disc and a code from a pod. Use one that will make a regular sized cup of coffee or tea. Cut it out, easy to do, and fix to the barcode on the disc. We use a tiny bit of blue tack to get it to stick. Ta da! I often go ages without buying pods but would die in a fit of a rage without morning coffee so I use this to make a cup with instant coffee.
I’ve been asked dozens of times about my skin routine, my glow.
It’s really important to be aware of what you put in your body, in your mind and in your soul.
This is my glow skin program.

What foods on my list are in your daily meals?
CONTROL the movement! ☝️ I find that the more time I spend DOING the actual sets of my workouts, the less time I have to spend DOING my workouts and being in the gym. I have purposefully stopped drinking caffeine before my workouts and stopped using music during workouts to decrease the hypebeast in me. So far I have greater quality of training with less time spent training. 👍 Try to be more mindful in your next session, spend more time with your sets and reps. May the gains be with you! 🙏

We are always looking for ways to conduct responsible tourism. Our tip today is about learning the language and local customs before you go.
You’ll never be fluent in the language of every place you visit but learning a few words and phrases of the local language is a great way to break barriers, make friends and show respect to the communities you visit. A simple “thank you” and “goodbye” will go a long way and be appreciated. 🌎 | #AnotherWorldAdventures
Tomorrow's weather forecast is dry and warm in many areas with sunny spells n the south and east.
Enjoy your #weekend without suffering from h#ayfever .
We recommend using Lorat tablets as they #help relieve the symptoms of hayfever including sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy palate and itchy, red or tearing eyes.
#Toptip : Try a chamomile or nettle tea to relieve your hayfever symptoms, as both have antihistamine and anti-inflammatory properties.
LUNCH today is quick and simple and pre-prepared (naturally). 4 Heck chicken Italia sausages, 100g cooked potato chopped into cubes mixed in with 2 tablespoons of tomato and chilli pasta sauce. Served with a big rocket salad and cherry tomatoes
Adding a small amount of sauces/toppings that have big flavour makes meals more interesting, and the more flavour or spice the less you have to use #toptip
Remember that everything has calories so you want to be mindful of how much you're using, but if having a bit of something you fancy means you enjoy your food and can therefore adhere to a calorie deficit then it's a YES from me 👍🏼👍🏼
Sauces etc I use to make foods more interesting are:
Pesto (on its own on salmon or mixed in with light mayonnaise to make pesto mayo)
Chipotle paste mixed in with light mayonnaise
Harissa paste mixed in with light mayonnaise
Asda stir-in tomato and chili pasta sauce (add a tablespoon onto cooked salmon/chicken thighs/heck sausages)
Uncle Ben's katsu curry sauce (2 tablespoons on top of breaded chicken, rice and veg)
Low fat coleslaw
