Who else is team left overs? 8/10 times I prefer it then the day its made because all the flavours soak up and everything else gets mended in with each others flavours and it just tastes 🤤🤤!!! This was left overs from a really cool dudes family that so kindly prepared me a vegan feast of smoked BBQ tofu, grilled veggies, corn, smashed baked potatoes and there were also stuffed quinoa portobello mushrooms 🙌🏻. Definitely going to try and re-create the smoked BBQ tofu recipe cause it was some next level fire deliciousness. What are your favourite kinds of left overs? 👀

Today’s breakfast: Tofu scramble and lentil bread 💚🌱 This meal is good for those who can knock eating eggs. Try tofu, it has the same texture and you can add whatever seasoning you like to make it taste how ever you want it to taste! Eating eggs are not healthy at all, hence why it’s actually illegal to label it healthy! Doctors claim that it is because it’s tissue make up is very close to that of a human’s, but just because something is close to your physiological make up, that doesn’t mean it’s healthy for you to consume. If you want real protein, one thing I’d go for is tofu. FYI: For those of you who didn’t know soybeans which is what tofu is made of, has phytoestrogens, which CAN NOT affect mammalian estrogen because it’s not strong enough to do so. The reason why there are myths stated that too much tofu can give you man boobies or can mess with your hormones is because the meat industry was being threatened and so they paid a bunch of quack doctors to make up myths. The truth is is that the meat industry values profit over your health so they think it’s okay to misinform you.

Ingredients:
A half a block of firm tofu 
1 tbsp of turmeric 
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast (this gives it that cheesy flavor) 
A pinch of Himalayan salt
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1/2 of a yellow pepper chopped 
1 tsp of avocado oil 🌱
Instructions: 1. Put your sautéing pan on medium heat, add your little teaspoon of avocado oil and then add the chopped pepper. Also you can add onion,garlic, or whatever else you like to this dish. Let the pepper sauté for a little bit and set to the side.
2. Use the same pan and throw in your tofu, break it down to little pieces with your spatula. Add in the garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt, and turmeric. Mix periodically. 
3. Cook for about 8 minutes or until tofu has absorbed spices. Then add in your yellow pepper and mix. 
4. Serve with a side of toasted vegan bread, I use veganic lentil bread. 🌱

Нас всех с детства этому учили и пугали соей в колбасе) До сих пор попадается на глаза реклама производителей мясных п/ф с гордым «Только мясо. Без сои», к слову заметим что это не так, потому как все они добавляют соевый изолят.
📌Начнем разбираться издалека. 
Какой же белок считается полноценным? Полноценность белка определяют три фактора – его усвояемость, содержание аминокислот, достаточное содержание незаменимых аминокислот. Все белки состоят из аминокислот. Аминокислоты можно рассматривать как строительные блоки. Для построения белка в человеческом организме необходимо 20 различных аминокислот. Девять из них – незаменимые. Это значит, что они должны поступать в организм с пищей. К незаменимым кислотам относятся: фенилаланин, валин, треонин, триптофан, метионин, лейцин, изолейцин, лизин и гистидин. Но дело не только в том что поступило в организм, но и как это усвоилось. И в 1993 году Всемирная организация здравоохранения одобрила новый, точный метод оценки качества белка - скорректированный аминокислотный коэффициент усвояемости белка (PDCAAS - Protein digestibility-corrected amino acid score). Этот показатель включает в себя три основных параметра оценки качества белка: содержание незаменимых аминокислот, усвояемость, способность поставлять незаменимые аминокислоты в необходимом для человека количестве. PDCAAS сравнивает содержание аминокислот в белке с уровнем аминокислот, необходимым детям в возрасте от 2 до 5 лет, которые имеют самый высокий уровень потребностей. Самый высокий показатель PDCAAS, которому может соответствовать любой белок, равняется 1.

Это один из немногих белков и животных и растительных, который имеет наивысший показатель PDCAAS.

What does it actually mean: “Tofu, legumes & Co. are good for you”? – What’s the point, why are they so good for your body & health? 🌱Tofu is one of the most famous plant-based protein sources out there. What makes it so valuable is that the protein is from good quality: It contains essential amino acids in proper proportions. But also, peas, lentils & beans enrich a diet, Especially for vegans or vegetarians, this is a great source of good quality protein. They provide moreover dietary fibers, minerals & vitamins which support normal body functions. 
Put in simple words: “One” protein consists of a chain of several amino acids – these chains differ in length, combination, and sequence. The piece of Tofu you’ve just eaten comes with a certain amino acid chain. Your body will break it during the digestion process into the single amino acids and puts it back together in another order and new chains for its own use. The body needs 20 different amino acids to work properly - that’s where essential amino acids step in: The body is able to create 11 by itself, we need to eat foods to gain the other 9. A good quality protein means a good balance of all amino acids is offered to the body so that the body’s own protein can be created.

EL LOCO DIABLO TOFU 
Warning this is for the Extreme eaters only 
Ingredients

400 gm  firm Tofu, cut into slabs
3 tbls SHASHEMANE KERRI'S MILD MANGO KASUNDI 
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbls SHASHEMANE BRUTAL BYRON BAJUN SAUCE 
1 tsp SHASHEMANE EL GRINGO RING STINGER 
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp SHASHEMANE ETHIOPIAN BERBERE 
1 Habanero finely chopoed 
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt

METHOD 
In a shallow bowl combine all ingredients. Gently mix to evenly coat the Tofu. Allow the Tofu to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 200°C .
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay the Tofu on the sheet in a single layer, reserve excess marinade.Bake for 10 mins.Flip each piece of Tofu and spoon a little bit of the reserved marinade over each piece.
 Bake for 8-10 mins.

Wie ihr unschwer erkennen könnt, liebe ich Volumen-Food über alles und so schaff ich auch jeden Tag mindestens 500 g Gemüse zu essen 😬☝🏼Das heutige One Pot Gericht gehört definitiv zu meinen Lieblingsrezepten, weil es sehr schnell zubereitet ist und alle meine Lieblingsgemüsesorten beinhaltet 🙊😍Zusätzlich hab ich noch mit Tomaten, Frühlingszwiebeln und Erdnussmus dekoriert 😋 Ihr könnt gar nicht glauben wie lecker Erdnussmus zu salzigen Sachen passt 🤤 Die Menge auf dem Foto entspricht natürlich nicht ganz die Wahrheit, weil nicht alles auf einmal aufs Teller gepasst hat 😂 Ich hab den Rest natürlich auch noch aufgegessen 🙈😬

Folgende Zutaten hab ich verwendet:

4 ml Olivenöl 
1 Zwiebel 
100 g Räuchertofu
100 g Champignons 
300 g Zucchini 
15 g Tomatenmark 
5 g Dinkelvollkornmehl .
Zuerst Zwiebeln kurz mit dem Räuchertofu anbraten, dann Champignons dazugeben und mit bisschen Wasser dünsten lassen. Erst ein wenig später hab ich die Zucchinis dazugeben, weil ich sie etwas knackiger mag 😬 Anschließend bisschen Wasser mit dem Tomatenmark und dem Mehl gut verrühren, hinzufügen und paar Minuten noch köcheln lassen 👌🏼
