You can’t build great structures on weak foundations. So we are taking our time building a solid foundation which will one day hold our dream structure.
This year has been a blessing. The foundation has been built, and we look forward to nothing but upward growth from here!
Dreams do come true if your willing to make the necessary sacrifices, and put in the necessary work to achieve those dreams.
Let’s get out there and build our dreams everyone!
Little miss independent rolling through the train station. Don’t even try to hold her hand🤨😂
Delilah is obsessed with her @jetkidscom #BedBox ! This amazing suitcase turns into a bed on the plane or train. We were able to fit everything she needed for our 3 night trip to Brussels. She can ride on the top, or pull it along on her own.... our big girl loves the independence!
👉🏻Flip for packing a vid🤗

Viaggiare in tre è sicuramente diverso. Abbiamo dovuto rallentare un po’ ma siamo rimasti fedeli al nostro modo di viaggiare solo con più bagagli e più mezzi di trasporto! 😉
Traveling in three is certainly different. We had to slow down a bit but we stayed true to our way of traveling just with more luggage and 4 more wheels! 😉 #fuerteventura#canarias#canarie#sotavento
We couldn't have asked for a better fall weekend in Vancouver in October. The weather was unusually warm and sunny, which means it was perfect for exploring and admiring all of Vancouver's natural beauty. .
I appreciate some seasonality, but truthfully I prefer clear sunny ☀️ skies and moderately warm temperatures when traveling. This way we can admire a place's beauty without fog or smog clouding the views, and it's a comfortable temperature for walking and being outside all day. .
Do you prefer certain weather when traveling?
Some days it’s not what you see it is who you meet... Bodhi was desperate to see a squirrel 🐿. A kind local man took us on a hour trip around Hyde park something he does daily, feeding native birds and teaching people to respect animals. A lovely warm human who we were so grateful to meet.
We’ve been super quiet on socials recently as TJ and I have been battling an awful cold 🤒.
We’ve had the energy to do diddly squat. The house looks like a bomb has gone off and I haven't showered in days.
Check out the way TJ fell asleep yesterday afternoon. If that’s not tired, I don’t know what is...
" A day without laughter is a day wasted." .
Are you pulling back the strings of your aspirations and desires, that make you happy and feel live, in apprehension, that if let free, what if, you fall and never fly. I am going through these emotions pretty much a lot since the last few days. The fear and anticipation of not being good enough, once I am there out and about is holding me back from going all out and making things happen.
Yes this life and this page is about real people, life and emotions. Though I may not put up a pensive moment here on photos, however life isn't anything but a mix of great laughter, which is completely our choice, and some challenging moments that may not be in our control, but how we navigate through them is something we definitely can learn and master through the mistakes we make. Isn't it ?
So have a great laughter and wear a wide smile always. Because at the end, it won't matter, how much you have in your bank account, if you not making the best of your most precious possession- time- that's now, this moment, count .

Travel copilot for life! Passing a three hour bus ride by trying on lipstick.
There are so many reasons why I love traveling with Lucy, but the biggest is the way it breaks down boundaries between us. There’s no bedtimes or to-do lists and while I do carry the money and passports and have final say, we are both discovering together. I feel like she and I can both connect as individuals without as much of the parent/child construct.
And she totally pulls her weight! I’ve always felt that, but this is the first trip where we didn’t bring any “baby” accoutrements. No stroller (never stroller since age 2.5!), no “hop up” (Tula carrier), no car seat. Not only that, but Lucy can do the stuff I don’t like doing, like asking receptionists questions and asking where the bus is going. I cannot admit enough how helpful this is!
A third thing: I push Lucy hard on our trips. She’s been doing this since she was in utero! When I found out I was pregnant with her (recap: she was conceived in Ireland, suspected I was pregnant in Lisbon, freaked out in Aix-en-Provence, took a test in London and threw up from Edinburgh to Dublin before coming home at the end of my first tri) I know that what we do — can’t work for most people. But I do think kids are way more resilient and go with the flow than we sometimes give credit for! They can walk without a stroller!
A fourth thing: I love Lucy at this age so much and am enjoying every second but also am so sad that these cute cuddly years are going to end soon. I love that travel stands outside age, that we will be doing this forever (and hopefully she can always be the question-asker forever!) and imagining our adventures in ten, twenty, thirty years is super exciting. I love that this is a thing that is independent of age or independent of the fact she’s my kid. She is truly a travel soulmate. She knows every wrong turn is made better by a bag of chips. She knows sometimes the best part of the journey is finding the WiFi password and watching foreign Netflix. She knows skipping the “must see museum” is the definition of freedom. And she knows there are so many magical places for her here in this world. ✈️🌎🌈
Adam and I have always had a travel bug, and this trip included a new pint-sized challenge. We traded late nights for very early mornings, made room for sippy cups at happy hours and spent a LOT of time on naps and curiosity walks. (We are also trying to forget everything about the flights.) But I can't even begin to explain how special and fascinating it was to explore a brand new environment with little Leo. We can still scratch that itch, just with a few adjustments. #familyvacation#vacay#toddlertravel#toddler#hawaii#maui#wanderlust
What an incredible day we’ve had exploring Lincolnshire countryside and coast. First we went on a farm tour @grimblethorpehall (where we also stayed last night). The girls loved feeding the animals and then seeing various different breeds of sheep, cows and pigs. Andy the farmer was a great host and a passionate advocate for raising some fairly endangered breeds. We then headed to the coast to see the seals. Every November and December, grey seals come to the Donna Nook coastline to give birth to their pups near the sand dunes; a wildlife spectacle which attracts visitors from across the UK. The pups were so cute. I honesty could take one home 😍😍😂 (swipe for more). We came away thinking how we never been here before ? It is honestly gorgeous and so undervalued.
Birds eye view of our Kooshion 👍 sitting flush with the plane seat and with the soft grey flocking material on top... the Kooshion provides a comfortable place for little legs to rest on long flights ✈️ @_alongcamefox_
