We've been getting lots of questions lately on how to best use this product for the purpose of quitting smoking cigarettes 🚬
Forget the word quitting for now. Step one isn't quitting.
Step one is setting realistic goals that can be easily attained, that allow your mind and body to acclimate to and attain with equal strength. This creates stamina. Step One is to set your mind to weaning off of cigarettes and accepting the fact that this is a process and if it takes you longer than you hoped that's fine too.
Step 2 is cutting back on your usual cigarette intake. This week you will be cutting out just one cigarette every single day.
