Working on a new T-Man ductile iron lined M8 bolt-on big bore kit. While everyone else was enlarging OEM design to get bigger displacement, T-Man was making it not only larger, also better.
Cylinder on the right is OEM. Piston skirt is coming out bottom of the cylinder over .300 at BDC.
T-Man cylinders have extended cylinder spigot that keep pistons within cylinder bores, preventing rocking at the bottom of stroke.
Still can't believe I pulled this dream build off. When you've bust your chops earning while compromising time away from friends, family, and social norms, the payoff of your hustles will be larger than imagined. I knew the waves of emotion would have an imminent finale.
Couple hours after unveiling the bike, The best Mother in the world and I sat down to lunch. We were midway through my first ride (Ma in the chase-car, because it's solo or no-go), the bike securely parked just outside our booth's window. I scrolled through an uncountable gallery of 20-minute old photos. In a daze, I chose something fitting and bold then started thumbing a short caption.
My most concise reflection,
"So proud. So thankful. So alive!" It was at that moment, the aftershock was coming, and I knew once it was I'd have zero chance combating it. After feeling those words ring so deep I felt my face fill flush and the tidalwave slammed home. In full public setting I bawled my friggin' brains out!
Absolute pure joy.
2-minutes later: "my bad" embarrassed and instantly the focus of the room... 3-minutes later: euphoric in a now quieter lunch setting, I mopped up my mug and suited up for another Vegas streets hotrod ride. Another ride on what may be the quickest naturally aspirated stock-modified case/ cvo headed FXDLS in the world.
Last Dyna. Best Dyna. My Dyna.

11.1x off the trailer full street trim, first "legal" pass on a bike.
10.92 @ 122.9 met my goal and closed that chapter.
Stock wheelbase. Stock final drive ratio. Stock belt. Foot shifted, hand clutched; 10-second Harley 🇺🇸💨
Too much American Muscle for that stretched ZX14 at the 1/8 mile...
