Some might think I am crazy for wearing the same shirt in one week (it felt a little odd. Not going to lie). Finally had the opportunity to wear my navy striped shirt with the Blush Necklace vs Teal the Show Necklace. After I got over the fact that no one is going to remember I wore this shirt a few days ago, I was loving the new look!! The Blush tones pair well with navy and white.
So next time you feel like you wore the same shirt a few days ago just grab your fav necklace and enjoy your new outfit!! #tiptuesday#navystripes
Well I'm somewhere in the sky between Florida and Denver and I wanted to make sure that I showed up for Tip Tuesday! Tip Tuesday is where I provide a little tip to help ensure your equine and equestrian photography session is a success!
So let's talk about tack and tack flow...whaaaa you might ask? You heard me right, tack and tack flow. Your horses appearance is equally important when planning your equine and equestrian photography session. Thinking in advance about the tack you will use keeps the stress of rushing around the barn or horse trailer a thing of the past! So here are several things I ask Fast Horse clients to consider prior to their equine & equestrian photography session:
1. What tack would you like your horse to wear during your session. Do you have several different looks you hope to achieve? Do you want to stick with a halter, bridle or add a saddle at some point? What about photographing your horse without tack all together?
2. How does each piece of tack work with YOUR style choices? If your tack is full of color and bling does that work with your outfit selections? Coordinating your look with the style of your horses tack is a great choice!
3. Is your tack clean, in good shape, and does it fit your horse properly? Make sure any bit changes, hole punches, or repairs you want to make happen prior to your session. You don't want to get down to your session date only to find out your horses tack doesn't fit!
4. Finally, tack flow. Work with your equine photographer to discuss what tack to use first during your session and when changes should be made. They should make suggestions that will make the flow go super smooth. Having a horsey friend on hand to change from halter to bridle or add a saddle while you change your look or update your hair and makeup can also be a huge help!
Ok, there you have it! Tuesday's equine and equestrian photography tip is all yours! Enjoy!

When life doesn’t turn out the way you had hoped it would, it’s easy to sink into despair. You feel like life is spinning out of control and you begin to question your identity, whose you are and who you are. You never thought you’d be in this place at this time in life. Everything seems hopeless and promises seem out of reach.
You may not know how your circumstances will change, But God Does. You may not know who you are anymore, But God Does. You may not know what to do, But God Does. You may not know how to break off anxiety, worry or despair, But God Does. You may not know where you will live in a few weeks, But God Does. You may not know what job you will have, But God Does. You may not know if you and your spouse will make it, But God Does.
Remember, He does exceedingly, abundantly, above all we can ask, think, or imagine. He is the Living God who is ready to give us life and life abundantly if we are willing to trust and wait on Him.
Knowledge really is power. Believe in yourself and don't be afraid to reach higher and be stronger. You got this. Don't give up on yourself. Don't let the bullies win. Slay those demons of self doubt. #confidenceiskey @Regrann from @girlshealthed - “Confident girls become confident women, and we want that status for our girls, who seem fearless and exuberant through most of elementary school, only to lose confidence at puberty. Boys and girls run neck and neck, confidence-wise, up to then, but when the estrogen-testosterone waves start flooding kids’ brains, all that changes. For girls, confidence takes a huge hit.” @time
An article about the new book, The Confidence Code, illustrates why our workshops and programs that address girls’ empowerment before and during adolescence are so critical. Our mission is to give girls the tools they need to become confident, strong women before this phenomenon occurs! Link in bio! 👆

#TriviaTuesday#TipTuesday Do you know how to tell the difference between venomous and nonvenomous snakes?Venomous snakes have a triangular shaped head & nonvenomous are more round. If your dog or cat is bitten, they should see a veterinarian immediately for evaluation & supportive care. #tvrhemergency
Want to speed up the ripening process of an avocado? Put it in a brown paper bag for 2-4 days. 🥑👍👍 What does this have to do with marketing you ask? I’ll tell you. 👇👇
No, you can’t stuff keywords into brown paper bags 🚫 to help your page rank faster, BUT you can help the process by giving the search engine 🔎 all the data it needs to “ripen” your search terms. ⠀⠀
Page titles should come somewhat as a no brainer, but don’t forget about meta descriptions, alt tags, schema and site content. Supply the right data to see your terms go 🆙🆙🆙 #avocadolove#dontletthemgetsquishy#healthyseo#getoutloud
Champion Tip 56: Pre-Mixing Fuel. 🚨 2-stroke engines require the fuel & oil to be pre-mixed before usage. 🚫 DO NOT mix them together in the fuel tank of the product. It should be done safely in a separate container. 🙂 #PoweringYourLife ⚡️ #InstaDaily#TipTuesday
Have your non-negotiables and boundaries, but dating with a strict itemized wish list—he must make this much, be this tall, drive this car, be this funny—will only hold you back from men who could be great for you in real life and limit you to men who only look good on paper! 🙅♀️#tiptuesday#tuesdaytip

Totally obsessed with this bracelet!!! I love the charms but today i looked down while driving and took note of the heart saying love.
We all need to remeber to love. Love each other. Love our family. Love our jobs. Love OUR SELF! You may not like someone or what they do, but you must not take it upon yourself to bring them down. Show them love. Show them support. Show them you are there 100% for them.
Don't be rude.
Don't put others down.
Don't inspire negativity
DO build one another up
DO inspire positivity
Tip Tuesday: Monitor your online reviews. Everyone knows good reviews are great, but even a bad review gives you an opportunity to show the service you offer. If someone leaves a poor review don’t ignore it and hope no one sees it, respond promptly, and politely, when other potential customers see you have taken the time to address an issue they are more likely to trust you have their best interests in mind. #pinnaclemgp#tiptuesday#smallbusiness#marketing#onlinereview#customerservice
Is it your employees? Shareholders? Customers? Whoever your audience is, think about who will hear your message directly from you AND who may hear it from someone in the audience. #tiptuesday#spaethtiptuesday
Did you know... Parking stalls are only part of the ADA requirements of which property managers need to be aware. Once a person with a disability parks in a stall and exits the vehicle, he/she still needs to get to the building. This, according to the ADA, requires a designated Accessible Route, which also must be striped appropriately.
We also recommend reaching out to have a professional assess your parking lot for ADA infractions and/or necessary upgrades. We are happy to help! Feel free to call our team at 855-499-PAVE.
Let’s talk retention ~ It’s summer & it’s HOT...we are sweating and we all want to stay cool. Do you like the pool? Or lake? Water is fine when you have lashes, you just have to wait 24-48 hrs to get them wet! Some of the reasons you maybe having retention issues, you got them wet to early, went to the gym to soon, or you work outside and it was to hot (humid) if these things happen with in the 24hour mark, you are going to have retention issues. Plan your appointments accordingly. #tiptuesday#yourspasolutions#lashes#wet#summerweather#keepthemdry#guelph#kitchener#cambridge#planningiskey

Who knew that your laundry routine could waste so much electricity!? Here a few tips to keep your clothes clean and efficient 👚👕👖👔👗🧦:
*Wash clothes in cold water using cold-water detergent whenever possible.
*Wash and dry full loads. If washing a small load, use the appropriate setting.

When do oils work? When you use them!
Sounds pretty obvious but the biggest mistake people make is not keeping their oils where they’ll see them & where they’ll remember to use them! If they’re still in the box or tucked away in a cabinet or a drawer, chances are you’ll be more likely to forget about them and not use them. Keep them where you can see them and where you’ll remember to use them throughout the day!
The 2nd biggest mistake people make is to use oils only when there is an issue instead of incorporating them into your daily routine for wellness.
It’s all about mindset! Oils work differently than what you’re used to...the more often you use them, the more they work. Every time you use an oil it raises your body frequency and in turn helps to boost your immune system.
In simple terms at the physical level, frequency measures how quickly cells are circulating & regenerating in the body. The greater the movement within the cells (the higher your frequency), the more free your body is to self-heal. The slower the cells move (the lower your frequency), the greater the chance for illness & disease. That’s why it’s so important to use your oils regularly so you can increase your body frequency and encourage cell regeneration & increase your immune defenses.
So think of oils like vitamins...we need to be using them every single day to keep us well!
We all know that oils are magical and can really work wonders when we need them in a pinch, but if we’re only using them as a quick fix, we’re not giving them a fair chance to work the way they’re meant to...support your body systems, don’t just chase symptoms.
This is important all year long but especially as we start a new school year! Who knows what our little germ factories are going to share with each other & bring home...so whip out those oils, take your supplements & drink your NingXia! 💪🏻
#tiptuesday Do yourself a favor and go listen (or read) to this book. My distance runs have been so much more enjoyable and motivating from listening to this book 💛
I couldn’t believe how spot on Rachel was with each “Lie” she talked about and how I believe those lies about myself!! I’m completely limiting myself in all aspects of life— spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally. Even with my relationships with those I love the most! I AM limiting myself
So it’s time to go wash my face— literally because I just finished my run and I’m all sweaty. But figuratively because it’s time to start fresh and stop those dirty lies from getting in my face and limiting me from all I can do as an individual, a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and a friend
Tip Tuesday!! Free skin care solution... Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in water every day!!
Not only increases moisture in your skin but water helps the circulatory system work better so your skin gets all the nutrients it needs to renew itself! Plenty of water also helps your body to produce more collagen so your skin is glowing, youthful, and vibrant!
So go find you a cute water bottle and drink up!
