My Life my story...
Your Life your story...
Written by two different Souls
Yes each story is unique and important.
Each story is filled with laughter, love, pain, loss, grief..... With busy lives we forget that. We forget as we are moving fast from one side to the next. Caught up in our own routine and in our own story...trying to survive from day to day.... we forget to live at times we forget to love or to allow to be loved...
It’s important to slow down and take time to see our surroundings. To join our path with those around us... to be in a moment
Let’s create that moment... let’s not wait much longer for it... let’s do it before it’s too late
And our story runs out ...... Much Love

This was much needed and I realized it after I left. I got to enjoy myself today all the beautiful decor, the good fall scent, good food, good conversation and of course the WOMEN! I have been in a bit of a funk and dealing with myself.😌 I’ve said it before I’m as human as most of us 🙄 so I have days too but I like to focus more on the good happy times so that’s what I post and share. When I’m going through I’m likely praying and reading my bible, not posting. But authenticity matters so yes I have days! 🤷🏾♀️ The bigger point is I’m grateful for today’s time and the happiness it bought. You’ll know I love a room full of #dopewomen ☺️ Thank you to the awesome beautiful @lovecqall8 that hosted the #thebffexperience 😉 she’s such a 💎😍💚 You all enjoy your weekend ✌🏾
Most people in our culture feel the need to be going all the time. If we are not working and putting our energy into something, we believe we are wasting time. We may feel taking time for ourselves is a waste and won’t accomplish anything. And to some extent it’s true – relentlessly pushing yourself may bring some measure of success. However, most of time going for long periods without time for yourself may cost you in the end. Stress and the inability to just enjoy a little time-out have very real health and psychological effects.
Kevin Rae says: “In order to stay healthy, enjoy life and to sustain strong long-term results in your business, you have to make some time to relax.
In a world that’s driven by productivity, it’s easy to forget to relax or in some cases even feel guilty when you do, but when you realise that consistent rest is directly linked to consistent results, you’ll start seeing the value in allowing yourself time to wind down.” So take the first steps to better health and give your sole a lift 👣👣

A recent #throwback for #TBT#Cancun2018 . #AMessageforMothers : #TakeMoments . It took a while for me to fully immerse myself in the #appreciation that a healthy bit of #selfishness does not have to compete with your other commitments. It just is your gift to you. I could lament the years that I didn’t make #vacationing or relaxation a priority but it’s wasted energy. I’m the author (we all are) and in the “now,” the life that inspires me—accented with #insights that are born from me having different #experiences , is MINE to create. At a point, your #selflove has to be more compelling than #excuses (and they can be countless). Is it “responsible” to treat yourself because of the expense (#time and/or #finances ) that can be spent otherwise? Well, what about the expense of neglect? What does that cost and can you afford it? I’m gonna assert that what you spend to #rejuvenate , #replenish , #refresh is an investment. This is a message for all those (particularly mothers) that have felt conflicted about doing things for self. Trust me...many will benefit from your example of taking #youtime . #Man , #woman and #child ...we all need it #timeforself . #LoveonYou ! Do it for #humanity 😀 or just do it for you! #WithLove , Melody Fox
Vinutha Nagaraj is an HR in a company handling a lot of responsibilities. Amidst her busy schedule she took the time to come after work with her daughter Brinda to my Art Gathering on Saturday, Nov 3rd. She had a lovely time .
When you finish your Auckland clinic with a lovely cuppa and admire your recently purchased bag. Then celebrate with your first pedicure! And my lovely technician said, so nails to match your bag then!?!! #neverevennoticed#pedicure#footyoga#timeforself
