I believe the struggles we go through will not be in vain when you have the support from people who trust what you do ⚡️
Extremely grateful to be partnering with the legendary Japanese runbird of @mizunoasia!
The new season is beginning to show its light and the lead up to it is undeniably the most mental and physically toughest phase of the season. So dust your spikes and get ready, boys.
Let’s make this ride one for the history books 🦅
The key to successful injury management is to move from a
reactionary standpoint to one of prevention. Everyone understands that injuries will occur despite your best preventative efforts due to bad luck,
genetic inclinations, or structural and anatomical reasons, but a
large number can be avoided by addressing deficiencies in the
muscular systems early on.
Sometimes after an sport injury operation, follow-up treatment is needed so that the patient can rest completely and become independent again

Would’ve stayed for longer but watching @dipnalim break the National Record for 400mH made up for the short stay! Along with friends from @sporeathletics, this Asian Games as a spectator was one to remember 🙂
Asian Games 2018 was a learning experience to remember! Wanted to have a different look on things and I’m extremely thankful and honoured to have had the opportunity to tag along with one of Malaysia’s top sprints coach @poad_sprint (His Athletes namely @khairul.hafiz.jantan @badrulmanap are consistently clocking -10.5s) together with the Jumps legend @kamarulzamantahir.
Learnt a great deal by watching, but gained the wisdom of it through their advise on training methodologies, coaching experience and encouragement. The standard of competition at this level is beyond what I’ve seen in the flesh, and as a fledgling Coach I am thoroughly encouraged.
To reach level as a coach will be a dream, and I hope to have my Athletes fulfil their true potential to be competing at this level. From the look of things from our neighbouring countries, there’s no indication that Singapore athletes aren’t able to vie for medals at this stage. Let the dreams turn to reality.
‘Athletes need to enjoy their training. They don't enjoy going down to the track with a coach making them do repetitions until they're exhausted. From enjoyment comes the will to win.’
