[Dream Maly Theatre. 梦剧场]
This is my great time at Dream Maly Theatre since 2016. I've been invited to perform Er Hu and singing for Keejan music school student recital. Warm and nice lighting, very good sound system and cosy atmosphere. Realy like this stage, and I promise I will be back to this stage. This 11.11.18. Stay tuned. .

Every morning I go to a park nearby to practice breathing exercises which takes almost an hour. In those 60–65 minutes, I encounter different people who come and sit there for various reasons.
Couple of days ago, I saw three ladies in mid 70’s walking towards the park. They sat on a bench in front of me, and started their chit chat. I could hear them giggling, and teasing each other.
After a while, one of them got up and started swaying in one of the park swings. She looked no different than a five year old kid who had just discovered a new fun game.
After she was done with it, she got up and started doing rounds in the park. When she noticed me, she waved her hand and smiled. I reciprocated the same, and in minutes she was standing next to me. “How are you young lady?”, She asked. “I am good. How are you?”, I smiled and replied. “I am good too. I can see you are doing some exercise. What is this exercise about?”, She asked.
I told her about ‘Kapalbhati Pranayama’, and how we do it.
She said, “Hmmm, I haven’t heard about it! What are it’s benefits?” Oh! Here I had got a chance to boast about something I knew. How could I lose this? I ended up with a 3–4 minutes of speech on the benefits of Kapalbhati Pranayama.
In the meantime, she was listening to me patiently with a smile on her face.
After I finished, she waited for few seconds and said, “hmmm..Sounds interesting. But you know what, my laughter does the same!” Ouch! I did not expect this. What should I reply?
I smiled and said, “Well, that’s true!” She waved me bye, and walked towards her friends with the same contagious laughter.
