Protein packed chickpea ‘tuna’ seaweed sandwich, anyone?

YES🤩|Nah🤨, let me know👇🏻

This is super easy to put together and I tested the recipe twice before posting it here😅. My kids love this version better than the one I made few weeks ago. Adding a nori sheet gives a big “seafood” punch to the sandwich. Give it a try and let me know how you like it.

Chickpea ‘tuna’:
~ 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
~ 3 tbsp finely chopped celery
~ 2 tbsp vegan mayo
~ 2 tsp nutritional yeast
~ 1 tbsp vegan cream cheese
~ 1/2 tsp green Chile
~ 1/4 tsp ancho chili
~ sprinkles of minced onion
~ dash of s&p to taste
Mix all the above in a bowl and let rest for a bit or overnight.
~ 1 tbsp hemp seed
When you are ready to serve, add hemp seed and mix until combined.  You will see a lighter yellow mixture after hemp seeds are added.

Assembling your sandwich:
Spread vegan mayo and cream cheese as based, top with nori sheet or seaweed, shredded🥕, chickpea ‘tuna’, spinach and 🥑for a filling and healthy sandwich😋
***you may use any type of bread you love.  I used French country Boule.

• CBD Oil is sold legally in the UK as a food supplement when the THC content is below the EU legal threshold of 0.2%. Check the law if you live elsewhere.
• CBD Oil is often taken to top up people's cannabinoid levels and bring more balance to their endocannabinoid systems. This helps your body to maintain balance, supporting the immune system, brain, helps manage stress and more. I've personally found that it really helps with period pain and anxiety 🙌
• If you're taking other medication currently or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using CBD Oil. It's also not sold to children under 18, but it's suitable for pets! I've heard that a lot of people give it to their dogs when they're scared, like November 5th when there are constant fireworks 🌟

The reason i don’t like restaurants.. some can‘t even make a decent salad when you call in advance 😐 colleagues went for lunch at a Brewery... well i am glad the staff at the restaurant didn’t pour beer over the salad.. haha.. so the salad has carrots, few cherry tomatoes, onions, parsley, thawed raw beans, raw mushrooms (although i just asked for lettuce, avocado and cucumbers) so i only picked tomatoes, lettuce, carrots and some purple onions! Kinda hungry but will have some pine nuts which i brought with me! going to the ice sculpture exhibition with colleagues  now and it’s supposed to be -6 degrees there ❄️

I love to start the day with pancakes😆You do too? Try my gluten-free buckwheat pancake recipe💕

【Ingredients】
1 banana, mashed
1 chia egg(1tbsp of chia seed + 3 tbsp of water)
50g buckwheat flour 
1 tbsp tofu pulp powder(or just use buckwheat flour )
75ml soy milk
Handful of raspberries 💕
【Directions】
Combine all the ingredients. Grease a pan with coconut oil and pour a scoop of butter. Flip when ready. Top off with lots of strawberries and enjoy!

The pancakes are naturally sweet  due to banana🍌 But if you want to add some sweetness, feel free to dazzle maple syrup! Sliced almonds are also good topping choice if you like crunchy texture!

First savoury post in a while but I want to make it a point to work on both cooking and baking! Made some smoky pulled pork using king oysters mushrooms🍄, the texture was pretty darn close to the real thing except maybe chewier?? More testing needed, which means more time pottering about the kitchen so I can’t complain. Served it all up as a mantou slider(inspired by @hllo.bb !!) with a stretchy cheese sauce and cilantro😋😋😋

•миндаль жареный 120 г
•сахар 175 г
•мука 30 г

Рецепт👇
-миндаль измельчить, добавить к нему сахар и белки, перемешать в блендере до однородной массы
-поставить на водяную баню, прогревать до растворения сахара, постоянно помешивая
-добавить муку, перемешать, оставить тесто на 20 мин., оно загустеет
-выложить противень бумагой, смазать бумагу маслом и присыпать мукой
-смочить руки водой, скатать маленькие шарики, выложить их на расстоянии не меньше 5-6 см друг от друга, поставить в разогретую до  170 гр. духовку на 15-20 мин.

This is super easy to put together and I tested the recipe twice before posting it here😅. My kids love this version better than the one I made few weeks ago. Adding a nori sheet gives a big “seafood” punch to the sandwich. Give it a try and let me know how you like it.

Chickpea ‘tuna’:
~ 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
~ 3 tbsp finely chopped celery
~ 2 tbsp vegan mayo
~ 2 tsp nutritional yeast
~ 1 tbsp vegan cream cheese
~ 1/2 tsp green Chile
~ 1/4 tsp ancho chili
~ sprinkles of minced onion
~ dash of s&p to taste
Mix all the above in a bowl and let rest for a bit or overnight.
~ 1 tbsp hemp seed
When you are ready to serve, add hemp seed and mix until combined.  You will see a lighter yellow mixture after hemp seeds are added.

Assembling your sandwich:
Spread vegan mayo and cream cheese as based, top with nori sheet or seaweed, shredded🥕, chickpea ‘tuna’, spinach and 🥑for a filling and healthy sandwich😋
***you may use any type of bread you love.  I used French country Boule.

Vegan pancakes anyone? I LOVE carbs. Seriously, I don't know how people make it on a keto diet. I just...carbs are so freaking good. Of course, complex carbs are best and what I try to consume (mostly) but you also have to enjoy the donuts, cakes, etc. when the time is right. (Obvi you can make healthier whole grain versions of these 'junk foods' but sometimes you just want to indulge. #raepublic #veganpancakes

Coconut chia pudding:
🍓 1/2 soaked chia seeds in 1 cup of almond milk. I put the ingredients in a jar with a lid so I can shake it every once in awhile.
🍓 after letting the pudding soak overnight, add some coconut yogurt and sweetener of choice, grab some natural food colouring (I used blue spirulina) and start layering! 🍓 leftover blue nice cream was added to the top.

Cacao porridge with hot blueberries & banana stirred in with the oats & then topped with hot maple bananas, raspberries and walnuts. A drizzle of peanut butter & a few fresh raspberries & cacao nibs.
Oats made with a 50/50 mix of water & oat milk. Added a handful of blueberries, 1/2 a banana and 1 tbsp of cacao powder then slowly cooked. 
In a small frying pan added a glug of maple syrup, warmed to a slight bubble then added a few raspberries, the other half of the banana & a few walnuts. Summer until sticky.
Enjoy. Ooo there’s a chunk of raspberry centered vegan choc on there too 😋

Depuis mon dernier passage chez @nutrisport_frejus, j’ai un pot de @gonutsfrance Amande Choco Coco et aujourd’hui c’était la bonne occasion pour l’essayer et c’est vraiment un bijou, un vrai délice 😱

📊 Valeurs :
- 530kcal sans topping (C67, F12, P29)
- 783kcal avec topping (C100, F23, P38)
Je rappelle que vous pouvez adapter la recette selon vos besoins
.
📌Recette :
- 80gr de flocons d’avoine
- 400ml d’eau
- 15gr de whey chocolat @biotechusa
- 5gr de cacao 100%
- 1 poire coupée en morceaux
- 50gr de fromage blanc
.
🥣 Instructions :
Porter à ébullition l’eau et ajouter les flocons d’avoine en baissant le feu, laisser cuire en mélangeant à feu doux pendant 3-4 minutes, puis baisser le feu et couvrir et laisser gonfler 3-4 minutes également. Hors du feu, ajouter le cacao et la Whey, puis le fromage blanc et les morceaux de poire.
Laisser refroidir un peu et placer les morceaux de chocolat sur le dessus afin de les faire fondre.
Faites vous ensuite plaisir avec les toppings.

Christmas is around the corner... and I have many exams to read and correct before the holidays (teacher's life) plus my own exams as a student. 
This is a very simple dish, suitable for busy schedules, nutritious and delicious. We cooked wholegrain bulgur in veggie broth, added red lentils in the last 5 minutes and made tofu and broccoli in a pan with just a little bit of oil, adding broccoli once tofu is almost done.

Уже по традиции выставлю фото нашего сегодняшнего обеда . Рецепт тоже оставлю, потому что это вкусно и полезно , а самое главное быстро!
•тунец консервированный 185 г
• помидоры черри 200 г
• рукола 130 г
• лук-шалот красный 1шт.
• перец болгарский 4шт.
• горчичное масло 2ст. л.
• бальзамический уксус 2ст. л.
• соль по вкусу
• перец свежемолотый смесь по вкусу
• орегано сушеный 2 щепотки

Болгарский перец помыть и запечь в духовке либо в сковороде под крышкой, периодически переворачивая. Дать остыть в целлофановом пакете и очистить от шкурки. Порезать перец небольшими кусочками. Руколу, помидоры черри помыть, обсушить. Помидорки разрезать пополам. Лук порезать тонкими полукольцами. Тунец разделить на небольшие кусочки с помощью вилки прямо в банке. В миске смешать руколу, запеченный болгарский перец, помидоры, лук и тунец. Добавить соль и перец по вкусу. Заправить бальзамическим уксусом, горчичным маслом и приправить сухим орегано.
