I've been quiet on social media since Tuesday. As I previously mentioned, I am refraining from posting political posts, or any other posts, when I’m angry. And, while a lot of what happened last week made me incredibly sad - it made me very, very angry.
I am angry with men and women who advocate for gun rights instead of gun sense. I am angry that our administration focuses on asylum seekers instead of the 60% of mass shooters in this country that are WHITE AMERICAN MEN - that mostly carry out their violence with LEGALLY purchased guns. I am angry that the man who holds the highest office in the US is so ignorant, careless, and grossly misinformed about our current natural catastrophes that he spews fear, lies, and hate - instead of offering condolences and providing leadership.
Nevertheless, I understand that my anger is counterproductive to all of the things I am looking to positively transform - gun laws, access to mental and emotional health services, inclusivity, unity, and the overall well-being of each individual and our great nation.
My spiritual advisor has encouraged me to practice #LoveInAction - it's okay for me to speak up and to speak out and to take action. Yet, it is imperative I take action from a place of love - I had a hard time speaking from a place of love last week. So, instead, I donated to @everytown and to the people and animals impacted by the #CaliforniaFires 🙏🏼
And, today, I acted from a place of love as I released SEASON TWO of the #MoveIntoTruth podcast! I interview myself again for EP 07 and I talk a lot about how I've allowed negativity get in the way of my own personal development. I'll talk more about the podcast later in the week. Although, the topic is relevant...during the episode, I say: “Your thoughts are so powerful. Whether your thoughts are positive or negative, your thoughts will shape your life. So, think wisely.”
To conclude, I want to thank our #Veterans , #FirstResponders , and their families for all that they do. And, I want to encourage LOVE IN ACTION 💚
When you know what you want and how hard it's going to be to get there it seems overwhelming until you reach it. I visualise each step, each meal, rep, day at a time. When I go to bed I want to make sure everything that needed doing that day was done to the best of my ability. If you keep adding days like that up over time you can absolutely get to where you want. I know what my goals are and will get there one day at a time. 10 months to get this package as good as can be. Staying in my lane as I’m free from all the bullshit and time wasters that drain your energy. Mein Ziel war es seit mehr drei Jahren irgendwann konkurrenzfähig auf der Bühne zu stehen. Letztes Wochenende ging dieses Ziel in Erfüllung. Ich wurde 2. Platz bei den Junioren im Bodybuilding und 6. Platz bei den Männern im Classic Bodybuilding II. Hiermit möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bei meinem Coach @kim_belz für die herausragende Betreuung bis zum Wettkampf und das Herzblut, welches er am Tag des Wettkampf gezeigt hat bedanken. I’m just going to leave this here for people who are “starting on Monday”. I’ll keep it short, you guys know how I like to rant about people claiming to “not having enough time”.
I saw this yesterday and it really spoke to me. Make the things you want to achieve a priority and watch how your life changes for the better.

Honestly, the saying ‘Thoughts become Things’ is absolutely 1000% true! You ATTRACT what you THINK so be sure cut out all NEGATIVE language and only find POSITIVE phrases and words to use!

This old but still reliable and loved coat is used now as a mockup for a new one.
In the past year or so I've considerably changed my view of the fashion industry. (Think I haven't been shopping that long neither.) I started to realise what's behind the scenes and came to conclusion that it's not aligned with my values. ~~~ I prefer to have piece of clothing that I need, not something purchased impulsively, on the influence of marketing and "trends", something that somebody else told me "I need". I prefer to wear what I really like, not what I should like because everyone else does.
I prefer it to last long, not falls apart after one season.
I prefer it to fit me well, not calculate between sizes on mass production standards.
I prefer to know nobody suffered in order to make the item, neither from the side of sourcing fabrics, nor producing it. ~~~ So, my new coat is in the making by mom and me. It's upcycled and ticks all my boxes plus we're having so much fun!!
Your own thoughts directly influence how you feel and how you behave.
Example: If you think you’re a failure, then you’ll feel like a failure. This will in turn, subconsciously lead you to act like a failure which will only reinforce your thoughts that you ARE a failure.
Don’t discourage yourself with your own negative assumptions. Stop telling yourself that you’re a failure!
Your negative thoughts could be the very thing stopping you from accomplishing the things that you want to.
Rethink labels that you have previously placed on yourself and work on creating a more positive outlook. Those positive thoughts may help you reach your greatest potential and become your greatest self.

I just made my updated vision board so that I keep my goals visually in front of me. and I was just thinking to myself this morning that our since our thoughts become things you owe it to yourself to take the time to dream big. I mean why not, right? If we can create anything we want we owe it to ourselves to spend some time planning out what we want and why we want it. With significant detail. —-

Still hyped from the weekend and already looking onto the next as my miniature off season will only last until February. Getting the body back to normality, gradually pushing food back up, seeing if I can add a few lbs of tissue in this time, cardio still in the mix. Then the grind will be back on.
Make your mistakes, learn from them, try new things, see how it goes, learn your body because no one is the same. I could give anyone my diet plan doesn’t mean it would work. Do your research trial and error and let’s build🕺🏼
When you look in the mirror do you like what you see? There are two answers to that question. One being yes. If you do then you can continue to evolve and work hard in what it is that you are doing. Be proud but never satisfied. If no, and this is where it gets beautiful. Know you ARE ALWAYS in control of what you do. If you don’t like what you see or how you feel know that at any moment YOU can change your mindset, work ethic and actions to achieve a specific goal. My advice is to start small and go from there. The act of setting goals and achieving them is the root to success. Little goals each day add up to big goals and before you know it all aspects of your life are wonderful. Monday means start the week strong and do whatever it takes to make it happen. I know I am💯🙏
Any questions about anything don’t hesitate to ask. We’ve all been through some things and know it gets better as time goes on. It’s about staying positive and making forward progress each and everyday. That’s how you truly live a life worth living🔑
