I never thought I could enjoy fish as much as I do. My menu said I was having salmon, but turns out I didn't have any salmon filets, so tilapia it was. Still so good! Pan fried tilapia over sauteed zoodles. My last Deep S meal, Spicy Chicken ‘n Waffles!  I found a recipe for “Conney’s Deep S Pancakes” and made them into a waffle.  Topped with salad greens, chicken, red pepper, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce.  Yeah, definitely making this again! I wanted a shrinker/chai drink but also wanted to get in some green veggies.  So I made an okra smoothie with the shrinker base plus protein powder and added some cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg.
