Well, I am just making this video to make you guys aware of how dangerous is to not pay attention and wash your salad before you eat it. This just happened with me right now - I was prepping a salad for my dinner and after I emptied the packet into the bowl, I saw this little guy walking about in my salad. I just would like to let you know that, even though they’re just a wee little creature - they can be harmful to humans and very dangerous for your health and the health of your family.
Keep your eyes open and be very aware of what is in your food. Even when you buy “washed and ready to eat” salad, don’t forget to wash it with water and vinegar to avoid this type of situation.
After throwing everything out, a sad situation that just happened last year came into my mind. A cousin of mine had the exact same thing happen to her. There was a small slug in her salad but unfortunately she didn’t see it. She ate the salad, became very ill and ended up dying from her illness.
Be very careful guys. And just to let you know this particular bag of salad was purchased from TESCO and was TESCO brand.

✔ learning to breath/brace correctly .
✔ creating overall balance between (hip flexors/extensors) - (hip abductors/adductors) - (hip internal/external rotation) .
A selection of 5 exercises to correct that issue
⏩ Banded Monster Walks - 5x1 min.
⏩ Bodyweight Squats, hold at the bottom position, start to do internal rotation with your left leg 5x than with your right right leg 5x, squat all the way up and repeat this 3x times, be careful how much you internal rotate at first, time will bring the progress - 5x5 .
⏩ BSS with medial band tension to force more activation on the lateral muscle groups - 5x12 each side
⏩ Banded Single Leg Glute Bridge with two count pause at the top - 5x8 each side .
⏩ Switching Position 90/90 Sit after 5 sec. Switch/Switch - 5x5 each side .
🔝Just to list 5 exercises that will help to correct that example of coxa vara, in order to get an long term solution for your problem you will need a quality DOC/PT who will test your ability of strength/mobility to create the right balance around the hip area. 🔝
