INSECURITIES. We all have them! My back is one of my biggest insecurities. I've had a back roll ever since I stopped starving myself. I've been on and off bullimic, and anorexic for 13 years. I use to think not eating, and excessive amounts of cardio was the solution. Guess what? It's NOT.
This is the first time I have ever been comfortable showing my back, this is also the first time I've ever worn a sports bra to the gym!!!! I'm ecstatic about the growth of my self love over these past couple of months. It's getting hot ladies so shed your shirt and rock your sports bra!!! Big boobies, small, back rolls and all! 💕💕
Now the fun stuff 🙌 I can't do a pull up to save my damn life but I can with deez bands! I started off with a lighter band for 6 then moved to a heavier band 3x12 and nearly died in the process 😂 I can't stress this enough, training doesn't always have to be gnarly. Remember to have fun with your friends in the process! Squats today were half shark (my belt), half wolf (my shorts and shirt), but all raptor. I’m still punchy from traveling so I was ON A ROLL today cracking myself up. Please make intense eye contact with my shorts so you can ignore the weird things I’m doing with my head and neck (working on new bracing/breathing things and this is what happened idk). First clip is 270 and the other two are 250. Last set best set because that’s just how I roll.

Feels good to be back under a bar, even with just 140#/63.6kg. These are my first weighted squats since straining my back on June 10th, and they felt fine. The PT cleared me to work up to 170#/77.3kg later this week, if each set feels ok. And she thinks I’ll be ready for the meet on June 30th.
