We live in a digital world where the photos are “shopped” and the vocals are “tuned.” Perfection is unachievable. Jealously, hatred, entitlement, the need for validation, depression, anxiety, comparison, and doubt ALL stem from how WE feel about ourselves. 🗣External things CANNOT create happiness. VULNERABILITY IS MY SUPERPOWER//As I sit here I relish in the thought of how far I’ve come. A part of me didn’t think I would make it. A part of me didn’t think I deserved it. Deserved the love, the blessings, the abundance. It was only when I realized WHO I WAS, was that life changed for me. As time goes on I recall more of myself. The situations in my life that shaped me that changed me for the good even if it was by a bad experience. I realize how resilient I am. Even in my lowest of lows a part of me kept pushing. Kept going. Fear after fear I faced it. A part of me thought that fear would go away but I’ve learned that the fear won’t ever go away. However, I do get stronger, so the fear doesn’t control me anymore. I realized I am a warrior at heart + that no matter what life has for me I am able to show up FULL + REAL. This life as Chelsea is one + I intend to make the most of this if it’s the last thing I do. I am willing to put it all on the line. Because I realized once I found myself, I had nothing to loose.
Cant choose an attitude? Choose gratitude. It is simply the highest way to shift our vibration when we are feeling less than. There are so many things to be grateful for. Don't know any things? Look harder? It's the little things. Like this phone your reading this on. Your eye balls! The money you have to be able to have the luxury to have a phone. The water you drink. The people that got your back. The list can go on and on!
I find the best time to practice is in the morning although I do encourage you to practice through out the day. Like when you eat. Just stop for a second + say THANKS GOD. If y'all haven't noticed by now. Me and GOD/Source Are homies, well why it's that? Like any other relationship you can't just ask and ask and ask and never just say hey.. thanks. I APPRECIATE YOU. WOULD YOU WANT TO GIVE SOMETHING MORE TO SOMEONE WHO ALLLWAYS COMPLAINS ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE? Didn't think so. Same with Source consciousness. So practice gratitude before you make a request. + even when you don't have a request. Build the relationship. All relationships are about give + take. GOT GRATITUDE TODAY?
