Country and western music is about loss.Soul music is also about loss. But the difference is in country and western music they’ve lost, they’ve given up,they’ve struggling to get it back and they haven’t given up.
The glitz and glamour behind the scenes of competitive pole dancing! .
Me just after performing my little heart out, super dry mouth, heart beating out of my chest after giving it my all. I had zero energy to even get up and walk back to the dressing room so I just sat there for a while. .
Thanks @gabby.sf_ for getting this on video hahaha

In the film, as in real life, "The Sapphires" travel from Australia to Vietnam to entertain American troops.
The Sapphires were an American pop ensemble from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their sound was comparable to much of the music released on Motown in the 1960s.
The Sapphires is a 2012 Australian musical comedy-drama film based on the 2004 stage play of the same name, which is loosely based on a true story. The film is directed by Wayne Blair and written by Keith Thompson and Tony Briggs, the latter of whom wrote the play.
The Sapphires is about four indigenous Australian women, Gail (Deborah Mailman), Julie (Jessica Mauboy), Kay (Shari Sebbens) and Cynthia (Miranda Tapsell), who are discovered by a talent scout (Chris O'Dowd), and form a music group named The Sapphires, travelling to Vietnam in 1968 to sing for troops during the war. Production began in 2010, with the casting of the four members of The Sapphires and filming taking place in and around Albury in Australia and Vietnam during August and September 2011.

One of the characteristics of having low self esteem is "rudeness". This is because people with low self esteem believe that their mouth's are their greatest weapons.
What do they do?
They constantly talk down others because it is the only escape route for them, it makes them feel strong.
It is 6 days to the CTN Campaign for teen girls. Let's change this 👍🏻 For sponsorship and volunteering? Give us a call.
As a teenager growing up, I struggled with believing in myself so much. I wanted people to notice and pay the same attention to me as they did my mates.
No one knew this but I struggled personally. It led to change of attitude and doing things I wouldn't normally do.
I changed my nickname various times because I felt that was what will make me "feel among". Many teenagers are struggling to " feel among" and they shouldn't be left alone. Building their self worth is what it takes to keep them on track.
It's 1 week to the Change the Narrative Campaign powered by The Sapphires and Chimzy Foundation. To support and volunteer do give us a call.
I began sharing letters in schools while I waited for the face of this socially functional name to come...I couldn't wait, my blood was hotting...I started with the school closest to my house and the principal like she was bewitched, opened her school to me, she said," I do not usually allow people talk to my students like that but my spirit says I should let you..." And that was how I got my first meeting and when she asked the name of my organisation, I smiled and boldly told her..."THE SAPPHIRES"
Precious stones, dug from the dirt of the earth yet untainted by the dirt they had been dug from
Precious stones, that is longed for by all and treasured by those who find them
Precious stones that has such value, people would go through any length to find them
Precious stones that changes the worth of anyone who finds them... THE SAPPHIRES...building lives
Thank you @iamdanielazu for always coming through...thank you for this lovely logo
