It finally is feeling like fall. Well maybe a little colder than fall!
But still! .
Try this diffuser blend to bring the smells of Autumn indoors.
. -5 drops of wild orange
-1 drop of Cinnamon Bark
-1 drop of Patchouli
-1 drop of Ginger *bonus tip: put those same oils in a capsule and take internally to get rid of a bad cough.
DIY: shower melts! 🙌
What you need:
1 cup, Corn Starch
2 TBS, Water
5-7 drops, Lavender Essential Oil
Ice Cube Tray (mini works best)
Place the lavender essential oil and corn starch in a bowl. Mix well (The mixture will look like a crumbly powder).
Add in the two tablespoons of water and keep mixing. *note that this amount of water will NOT be enough to make the paste you are after. It is however a starting point*
Continue adding a few drops of water at a time, mixing well as you do. Once you have a thick paste, transfer the mixture to your mini ice cube tray. Smooth the mixture out flat.
Freeze the contents for 1 hour or until the mixture is set and your good to go! Place a cube in the shower and enjoy 🚿 😊
