My quick and healthy lunch fix for two.
Ingredients in order of use: half a package of pancetta, crushed garlic, olive oil, butter, red pepper flakes, 5-6 crimini mushrooms, two zucchini spiraled, half a package of mascarpone/cream cheese, Parmesan to your pleasure and salt and pepper to your taste.
