"The truth is there will never be a perfect time to make a hard decision. That’s what makes it hard. We often look at our relationships & careers for that perfect moment... often one of ‘security’ that gives us the illusion that nothing could go wrong. I used to think I had to wait to have the perfect job, a great place to live, solid vehicle & stable income before I got married. But the reality is that I was living in a leaky barn with dollars to my name & a less than fledgling career. I was terrified, scared & full of uncertainty. But in every way possible those struggles are what made my relationship stronger. When you struggle together you see the worst & best in one another. I can’t express how similar this was to quitting college & my job at 19 to pursue photography. Full of the same fear, emotion and uncertainty. Point being ... that if you wait for the perfect moment it probably won’t come.. or even worse, may pass you by altogether. We grow leaps & bounds by struggling with those we love or in a career we are passionate about." ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

Kobe #beef in #Kobe ...with our toddler and baby in pram...
There’s a lot of respect placed on the beef as it is displayed to us and prepared for cooking #teppanyaki ...
I’ve never seen beef so marbled, it tasted incredible - our daughter loved it, although this might be the most expensive child food we’ve ever ordered...
Tricky to enjoy the restaurant culture in Japan with babies, so we would mostly go for lunch - turns out you get the entire place to yourselves with a personal #chef guiding us through the flavours - what sauces and dips to use in a very precise order 👌🐄
Your achievement is our success! Our Lahaul and Spiti participant and our dear friend Mr. Karan Khanna in today’s Ludhiana Times of India sharing his experience of driving in the hills with Adventures Overland.
There goes Friday. Have a great weekend!❤ .
Thanks📷@mitchtalbot for the epic views😍 .
Keep sharing your moments through #discoverbrisbane
We'll be at #RegionalFlavours , how about you?

“ BROKPA The Three Aryans of Ladakh” at Aryan Village
As we travelled from Leh 130km towards the Line of Control (LOC) there lies a village called Garkone, which is situated on the northern bank of Indus on the road of Balistan. Here we found a community which lived eons ago whose descendants came from Central Asia, who are called Aryans. They have distinct features tall with green and black eyes, high cheek bone , fair and impeccable skin and balanced blonde hair. They tell stories that they are the true Aryans who ruled India before 350BC.
We got opportunity to visit their House of Brokpa Tribe , these Brokpa wear colorful headgear decked with flowers, metal trinkets and peacock feather as shown in my capture. This Photo is about the Three Aryans.
Captured by Nikon D850 & Nikon 24-70MM F2.8 Lens using natural light and hand held.
This is a real oasis in the middle of the dry mountains in eastern Turkey.
Many locals come here to spend the day in the cool shade under the trees.
We spent the night there, got up real early to snap some pictures as long as we had the place to ourselves.
"Ci sono paesaggi, come certi istanti della vita, che non si possono cancellare mai dalla mente; tornano sempre ad attraversarci dal di dentro, con intensità ogni volta più forte. E volgere l’ultimo sguardo al mare fu uno di questi.." #iceland 🇮🇸
