Today I was on FIRE 🔥 I was motivated as hell because my new program is totally my JAM! But, guess what I do t wake up everyday just ready to kill it like I was today. Some days it takes me talking myself Into it. Like I know I’ll feel better so why do I not just do it ? Because #imhuman duh that’s why. And a lot of the time I find my motivation from my TEAM from my girls that have jumped on this journey because we help keep each other accountable. When I see my team getting their workout in I’m like shit I gotta get up and get moving! So what motivates you, what pushes you to do things that you need to do?! I LOVE working out, isn’t it crazy even the things we love doing we lose motivation for?
I did it!! Week one is done! And my whole body feels it! I was done just after the lifting session and still had hiit and core to go!! I know my legs and butt will be feeling it in the morning... I feel it coming already 😂... I'll thank @joelfreemanfitness
Now before Im cursing him again in the morning! 😜
I'm so excited for rest days but also to start week 2! I'm excited to get on with transforming my body and making it stronger!
Never did I ever think I would enjoy lifting.. Like ever! I thought it would make me have huge muscles 😂... That's obviously false.. It doesn't!.. (unless you want it too!) when you have a super trainer to show you how too and a nutrition plan to follow with the option to loose, maintain or gain, you can't go wrong. What it is going to do for me is help me shred the rest of this extra weight I'm carrying and build my strength.. Because I definitely need that!
It's just over a week till I turn 40 and my goal of being fit for 40 is getting there, its going to be a super awesome feeing, instead of something I was dreading! For a start I know that I'm the healthiest and fittest I've been in my entire life and everyday I'm getting healthier and fitter!! 💪

Luckily I found a job that's not stressful... It doesn't make me think about starts or ends of the week. But today I'm glad I now have 2 days off. It's been a roller coaster of a week. I've struggled to function, when all I felt like doing was hiding on my sofa but then I get by with thoughts such as. . 🌟Just keep showing up

Sometimes giving up is sooooo much easier then pushing through, but guess what it won’t get you anywhere. I often wonder where I’d be if I hadn’t given up on so many challenges in my life. But, then I wouldn’t be here where I am today. Working on myself. The growth I’ve gained since I started my journey is incredible, and I’m so glad for all my fails that helped me bring me to where I am today! Embrace your struggles they are what help you grow and become a better person 💕

When I started my keto journey I did it for myself and myself only! Yes... I wanted to be a better mother to my kids and a better wife for my husband but ultimately I wanted to be the BEST me I could be.
I changed my instagram page to be more keto focused to keep me accountable and basically just to have it as my daily diary!
I never thought I would inspire others to become more healthy.... if you know me you know I ain’t really all about health!
But in the last couple of months I’ve had friends and family intrigued by what I’m doing and asking for advice on where to start.

I can’t tell you how blessed I am to be able to take these adventures with my family on a MONDAY !!! Jason’s on leave and normally I would be stuck going to work because I couldn’t take vacation. And it sucked, but guess what I can now!!! I’m free, because I took a risk! A risk that has paid of ten fold. Not money wise either although that is always nice. BUT in family time, in confidence, in time in general. I only wish that I found this opportunity sooner. To be my best me. Come find your best self with me 💕

MY WHY... It all started about 6 years ago when I began my struggle with anorexia. At the time, I was ranked as female track MVP. One day, my coach pulled me aside to tell me I needed to lose some weight. I was humiliated! I was busting my butt to be the best, and the coach I looked up to had just told me I would be better if I lost weight (mind you I weighed about 107 lbs). I BROKE. From then on, I would have +2 hour track workouts, yet only eat a granola bar every 2-3 days. I was at my ultimate low, constantly on the verge of passing out from the limited nutrients I was allowing myself. I knew something had to change. *
After that, I began over eating food. My life has been a merry-go-round with my weight. I’m now at the point in my life where I am looking for balance between loving food and staying healthy💕
Love this post so much. For me, my self motivation came the day I stepped on the scale at my heaviest non-pregnant weight of 180 (I am 5’6”). THAT was the day I decided that I’M WORTH IT. I am worth making the changes I needed to be a much better version of myself. Not the pitty-party me who used Hashimotos as an excuse to be feel miserable all of the time. I was better than to just accept that. The only one who could control my health and well-being was ME. I deserved it. My husband and my kids deserved it. That decision, that day, set me on a journey that has forever changed me and for that I am thankful.
