Oh hibiscus how I love you. I steep about 1/3 a cup of dried hibiscus flowers with 32oz of hot water for roughly ten minutes or more. This creates a concentrate that I then refrigerate and add to my water throughout the day. I love the tartness of it and I never add sweetener. Hibiscus is one the highest antioxidant drinks prepared. You can say it’s the healthiest thing to drink.
