Reposted picture from @abctv. For those of you that are unsure of Endometriosis please watch this story. I have recently gone through a Hysterectomy as my Endo got so bad that the tablets that I was on were no longer working, I was also at a chance of stroke had I stayed on those tablets so I made the decision for my health to have the hysterectomy done. I have over the years had operations to remove the Endo but this is not a cure there is no cure to this painful disorder. When I was diagnosed with this disorder I had no idea what it was and it wasn’t in the media like it is today, it is so good to see that it is out there and people can be more aware of it and get to the doctor if they are experiencing any of the symptoms. #endometriosis#australianstory#endthesilenceonendo#yellowwiggleemma#thankyouforsharingyourstory @shaneo.75 @theendoproject
I wanted to share: These Two ❤️ All Five ❤️ I have five children, Gabriella is my youngest and this sweet little baby is her daughter Elizabeth “Elle”. Yes, that makes me a Mimi.
Which is still kind of strange because I feel to young to be a Mimi.
2018 has been packed full of beautiful memories and blessings.
Bella graduated high school this year and is starting her singing and nursing career as we speak.
Robert is building his very own tiny home and is a talented rapper, songwriter and singer.
Christopher is building up in the construction business and will have his own company soon and he has a garage band.
And my oldest Kharnellia “Khari” is a talented photographer and singer who will be starting her photography IG and business very soon! ( yes you are khari, I got you)
And me, a week before my granddaughter was born, something clicked in my brain and it told me that it was time to start blogging and writing again. It was time to use the talents that I have and the education that I received.
Then the voice in my head, the nice renter, whispered, it’s time to lose that weight.
It’s time to start working out again and work on the inside of you!
It’s time to take your own advice and love and share yourself with this beautiful world.
So, here I am a month and half later. Almost 400 followers, who are sharing and caring about each others weight loss journey!
The blog is up and running ( working on building more content, I promise 💜) The IG community and the IG weight watchers community popped up and together we are supporting each other in this weight loss journey.
It’s so wonderful, I feel so full with love from my family and from the IG community.
Thank you for sharing all your stories and posts! Thank you for taking the time to view my stories and posts!
I truly appreciate all of you! 🌸💜🌸
Seems only fitting that I read this book again. I am truly saddened by the news that Ryan Correy lost his battle with cancer. I’m always amazed at how someone I’ve never met can have such an impactful role in my life. And Ryan is one of those people. His book truly changed my life. So I’m reading it again and will spend many an hour in the saddle grateful for Ryan and his willingness to share his cycling and cancer journey with the world. May you ride in peace Ryan. #ryancorrey#apurposeridden#cyclingidol#rideforryan#thankyouforsharingyourstory#rideinpeace

#motivationmonday .... I saw this a while back and just loved it.... brokenness can lead to beauty. Today, my motivation comes from those beautiful souls who have endured more brokenness than I could ever hope to go through and yet, came through, more beautiful than before because of this trying portion of their journey. It’s not money, things, or physical ability that fills in the brokenness. Truly, what inside the heart fills our cracks.
Thank you for sharing your story. Thank you for inspiring the rest of us. Thank you for impacting my heart.
In my quiet time today, I’m grateful for you.
How will you fill in your life so that you will be more beautiful than ever?
I saw this wonderfully powerful show tonight with @deanis21 I laughed, I cried, I witnessed the Hall silenced by the emotional truth spoken by @thegadsby and as she finished her show and walked off stage people stood crying, hugging and clapping. I knew before going in, that this show had won awards but now I know why. It didn’t end with a joke. It ended with a powerful statement. I don’t have the right words to express how I feel after it. The show was an extremely powerful way to end her stand up career. I’m just honoured that I got to see and hear her story live. Thank you for that. I look forward to what may come next! #hannahgadsby#nannette#thankyoufortheexperience#thankyouforsharingyourstory#whatashow#wowjustwow
I read this sometime ago, but forgot to post about it. If you're familiar with zines or graphic novels, you may know Nicole J. Georges. .
Her latest book is a memoir of her beloved pet dog. Peppered with her own struggles, and of course, those of having a pet that was even more highly strung and introverted than the owner - I would have jumped into the pages of the book, except our canine MC did not appreciate strangers. Sure, it is a sad book, but I wasn't expecting to feel like a pet owner (never had any pets), saying her final goodbyes. .
A truly touching read that is a memoir and a life journey, of two quirky and sensitive girls. .
